Zero Punctuation

Perhaps one of the greatest reviewers of all time, Yatzhee has turned me on to many games. Fallout 3, Oblivion, L4D, etc etc etc. His humor is only second to his natural criticing attitude which is second to only his unparalleled skill for making dick analogies.

Cause, you know, you can't just have a different opinion from him.

The guy hates JRPGs. I like JRPGs. That doesn't mean I think he's an idiot. He just has different tastes.

He hates GTA4. I like it. I don't think he's an idiot for it.

Right. It is an opinion. And you think he's an idiot because he has a different opinion from yours.

But, he's a critic, and gets paid to do so, so I value his opinion over yours, since you are not a critic, and do not get paid for it.

I can say: "I don't like Halo" and back it up with reasons I don't like it. That doesn't make it fact, but that does show support to why I don't like it. You can either agree with him, or not.

And some things he says ARE fact. And sometimes they are very well supported opinions. So I value his information and opinion. That doesn't mean I follow everything he says. I just take it into consideration.

Judging by the topic title I thought this was going to be some sort of Code Geass parody centering around Zero Requiem.

I was severely disappointed.

I know, I was kinda hoping for something making fun of Code Geass as well....

Well I find these reviews to be okay I suppose, some of his analogies were out there....

Zero Punctuation is fucking awesome. The guy is hilarious, he will review games I've never heard of, and I still laugh because the guy is THAT FUNNY. And one of his greatest reviews was Zelda Phantom Hourglass(FAGBALLS) and Brawl. Im a hardcore JRPG fan, but that doesn't mean that I should think the guy is an idiot for disliking the genre I like. Hes right, majority of the characters ARE carbon copies of other JRPG characters and mainly have the same flaws/cliches, but I mainly love the gameplay (I lol'd when he reviewed the world ends with you and was like "I KNOW YOU'RE ALL LIKE WHAT YHATZE IS PLAYING A JRPG!? WELL SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

Gameplay and sometimes occasional character development away from the cliche. Only thing that keeps me going on JRPGs.

His latest E3 review had me pissing my pants in laughter at the end credits.

You gotta love Yatzhee.

Even if I like the game and he reviews it, some of the stuff he says are stuff that I notice that I have issues with.

So it's not like he's pulling stuff out of his "deliciously uneaten ass."

it was funny eventhough i couldn't get some parts of it since it went to fast for me to follow. i used to watch in X-play. Never felt like gooing to their website and hear them

Not as good as the Critic.

Always good for a laugh.
