Alrite, in case it'd be useful: My friend code for this sucker is 2365 - 4941 - 9349.

There are a lot of weird wireless bonus things in this game...I'm still trying to figure them out.
Especially that "crossing over into another world" thing. I'll be testing that out soon, hopefully.

The IR is for IRL quick trades, battles, exchange FCs and stuff, it's really fast and convienent. And you can see who's playing nearby and what they're doing.

As for the Dream world, I'm not sure yet.

You get there with Game Sync, but that feature isn't being enabled until the 30th. They have to get their servers ready or somethin.

You dont get the national dex til after the storyline. Its not possible to trade for foreign pokemon until then. It has been that way since FR/LG.

Alright. So I established 4 of my main team already. (On paper anyway)

Starter: Oshawott. It was difficult to pick between him and Snivy. But I like Oshawott's final evolution better than Snivy's. Overall, I like Snivy better, but I picked Oshawott because I really wanted:

Ferroseed: I've always been a fan of Steel Types (Since their invention anyway), and I like the idea of a grass/steel type. If I had gone with snivy, I would have used the tirtouga thing. I wanted to, but two water types are redundant. It was a choice between Ferroseed and Tirtouga. I chose steel.

Litwick: I've been curious about this one since I first saw it. Last ghost I had in my team was Gengar in the first gen. Last generation fire pokemon got screwed over. I like this one. 3 evolutions FTW too.

Joltik: Pretty much a bug version of Jolteon, but Jolteon's badass. So fuck yeah. Also, he's found in the same place as Ferroseed. 2 for price of 1. : D

Other than that, I know I need a flying type and a dragon/fighting/rock type for tanking purposes. I'm undecided on those. Plus I gotta see what's available at the time. Knowing pokemon games, they'll give you 100 geodudes or zubats or other crappy pokemon, before you get to the ones you actually WANT. So you'll get stuck raising them from level 12, when you have a team already set up. I call this "The Larvitar effect." Since this was the first main descrepancy in the pokemon series of which I first described.

Although, I could call it: "The water pokemon effect if you didn't pick Squirtle and hate magikarps." from the first game.


Confirmation: I got the white version.

So this game is eighty million times better than i would have ever hoped for it to be. Trade and battle wherever you are? you can now trade from your box? TM's have infinite use? Motherfucking GOD YES!

Also the game seems to be focusing much more on competetive play (hence the infinite TM use, so you can actually just focus more on setting teams up, rather than doing stupid shit to find more TM's) which is awesome, because I tried to get into it in HG/SS but the chore of having to play the slots and shit to get specific TM's really killed it, if EV training didnt ruin it enough for me.

Also finally 4 player online battles. The ultimate motivation to become godly to make a godly team with bishop or someone. (Bishop.) Im surprisingly enjoying the 3 way battles too. Just beat team galactic in the forest and got the skull back.

Also I got smugleaf, because hes obviously the best.

Ok, so ATM, I have:

Servine/Hazama
Purrlion/Kokonoe
Blitzle/Gokudera

I plan on having Braviary/Ragna, And Buffaloon or whatever Lambo.
I wanna make Karol a Pokemon, but I dunno which. I wanted Keldeo, but it's an event only that probably won't happen in forever and I wont get to name. So I was thinking either Whisicott or Sawsbuck. Ideas? D:

There's a place where you can practice competitive battles where all your Pokemon are set at level 50, and the rewards include a huge variety of EV-raising items and things like that.

I was walking up this tower, fighting through legions of psychics. Then I fight a random nurse. Usually when you beat a nurse, they act as free healing after. This was no different...

So I have a party of two. Pansear and Oshawott, which I had a very difficult time not naming: "Oshitwhat?!"

And generally the pokemon aren't as bad looking as I thought when you're actually playing the game. But none of them really appeal to me either. Pretty much just using the two I have now. Focusing on leveling up so I can get Oshitwhat to not look as terrible.

Oshwaowitwhatever looks badass in its 2nd form from what ive seen from fighting Cheren.

And yeah, i found some more pokes that i like that i didnt notice when we looked at the shit list a few months ago. Sandile all fucking day long.

AND FUCK EMOLIA

I beat it earlier. I dont reccommend trying unless your guys are at least 50. Bitch be hard if you choose not to use your legendary.
