I've lost all hope

Namco Bandai refuses to localize tales games. Normally that wasnt a problem, but they're gonna be making games on the region locked 3DS. A system ninendo already said they'd be shitting updates like diharea any time a hack, flash cart, or work around comes into their sights. To the point where they've said they'll brick your system if you use things such as the R4. Now this means, no 3DS tales. I am NOT buying a 450 dollar japanese 3DS.

Why is this an announcement? Because, Other than Xillia which has slim chances, 3DS abyss isnt being localized, and US Graces was canceled. So I've lost hope in tales. To the point where I dont even wanna have any tales merchandise to remind me of the sickening dickery Bamco has committed upon the US tales fans. I almost wanna change the site name and remove everything tales related from it. Its sickeningly depressing to say so, but after they dicked us around for 2 years with graces, and then they finally promise us the PS3 enhanced port, and then they go and say "Lol nevermind." and think thats okay!? FUCK THAT

I can't find any information about the Graces cancellation. Bad April Fools joke maybe?

Could be a bad joke but I seriously do think that it might be in the best interest of the forum to consider changing to a Shin Megami Tensei board.

I dunno. Even if we were to not do Tales and go to SMT or whatever, we can still keep the name. What's wrong with keeping it?
Sure, Namco Bandai might not be localizing anything. So? Complain to them or start/write a petition or something. We could still support/like the Tales games that are out there. I think we can still keep Tales in the title. 1. It has a nice ring to it. (I think so anyway) and 2. We've been called Tales Chronicles since we've started. IMO there's no need to change it on a whim.

Okay, after looking through for cancellation announcements, I can pretty much say it was an April Fool's joke.

Recently I made myself a fan of Namco-Bandai on Facebook.

However it took me several long minutes to decide whether to do that or not.
I figured it would be in the american fanbase's best interest to have as many people as possible join that, however it's hard for me to say that I'm a "fan" of Namco Bandai.

LOVE Tales games though.
