"Set the table or fry some bacon. Whichever you want" masuyo said

"Guess I'll help Kentaro......who is into bukkake." Nene said looking at Kentaro disgusted

"I got the bacon." proclaimed Karin.

Shinta chuckled, "Guess they don't need me. Well then..." Shinta quietly left for the restaurant.

"...I think I'll have just a miso soup." Toshiyuki said to the attendant. "And a water."

"You made it," said Shinta before sitting down and ordering, "Pork ramen."

"I wouldn't miss an appointment of such magnitude." He responded. "Now, what can I do for you?"

"Just wanted to see what's up. Wondering if you or your old friends had a busy night last night." replied Shinta.

"...I don't recall being on friendly enough terms to meet with each other and see 'what's up'." He replied. "That said, it was a busy night, but not necessarily for my team. Stefan was out brooding, and the others were tucked away safely in bed. As for me, I did have busy night per se. And my former colleagues had one for sure."

"I thought as much. I caught part of it myself. Some assassin chick attacking Masu and Karin," Shinta said as their food arrived, "She tried to tell me something but I...wasn't in any condition to understand her. Anyway after I got back on my feet, I went to Yuuichi to see if he knew anything. Turns out the chick had a partner who went after the apartment. And did something that royally pissed off some of our more...disturbed members." Shinta chuckled and began his bowl of ramen, "I don't know the exact details, but everyone seems fine now. I can get their side of the story later, right now I wanna know your side."

"My side of what story? Of what happened last night? Of who we're dealing with? There's so much to tell, it's hard to put an exact start to things. Ah. thank you sir." He thanked the waiter as his soup and water arrived. He took a sip. "...Before we get into it, you're asking a lot of me to give away certain details." He stirred his soup. "I won't ask for anything in return, but just to accept that my team bears no ill will towards yours. At least not as things stand now. Situations change rapidly these days, and I can't predict all of what might come."

"That all? Sure, I can do that." Shinta replied taking another slurp, "After all, 'Yesterday's ally can become today's enemy, and today's enemy can become tomorrow's ally.' So even if it's just for the moment, I'll trust you."

"I understand that you can't speak for your whole group, but if I have your co-operation, that's enough for now. So," He gripped his hands together. "What specifically do you want to know?"

"I can do this Ne-chan." Kentaro protests. The mixing bowl behind him inexplicably lights on fire even though he is nowhere near the stove. "Ok maybe I need a little help." He says picking up the flaming bowl with a towel and dumping it steaming into the sink.

"Simple really," Shinta dropped his friendly demeanor and asked, "What exactly are we dealing with, and what are you guys doing to stop them?"

"Uh huh....." Nene said. "Im not as courageous as Dahni to wear a naked apron buuuuuuut" she said as she struck a cutesy pose. "Leave it to Nene-chan!'

"We're dealing with a woman who has a fascination with human strife. Both biologically and socially." He stated plainly. "Her biological needs are fulfilled by her day job, while her social ones are fulfilled by the phenomenon known as the midnight channel. Everyone with a persona within the past year at least has been some kind of experiment for her." He took a sip of his water. "The last time something like this happened it was people who were in the public limelight that were abducted and thrown in, this time it's anyone who's alone at night. ...Or in a rare few cases, those who volunteer. When I was with the group, I knew of six members. I left after the first one died. Realized that it wasn't a kind of game or sick experiment that she thought it was. Decided I didn't want to be a part of it. Kept to myself and did research. Last night another one of the members I knew died. By the hands of your friends. I only know because I was monitoring him. The light was out by the time I was home." He took two spoonfuls of his soup. "Sorry, hungry. Between me leaving, the death of our first comrade, and now another she's down to three and herself. As far as I know. It'd be foolish to assume that she hasn't replaced any members. One thing I do know for sure, is for all his good intentions, Banchou is with her. Against his will unfortunately, but he won't hesitate to kill if his hand is forced. He's....good like that." He leaned back in his seat and took a breath. "As for what I plan...she has the upper hand. Even with our combined force, we wouldn't be able to stop her. She knows all of your team's abilities, and at least half of mine. Banchou alone could probably take out half your entire team. He could probably do the same to mine. I want to get the trump card in our corner. Find something that no matter what kind of studying you do, you won't be able to stop it. Dangerous, but effective."

"E-er...I was hoping people would forget about that..." Dahni blushed.

That's your plan, huh? No wonder you didn't tell anyone. Shinta pinched the bridge of his nose, "So that's the situation, huh? This trump card, you think it'll do the trick?"

"We have bacon!" announced Karin cheerfully.

"I've been out of the loop for some time when it concerns her. This trump card of mine is no guarantee. As of when I left, it would likely do the job. But, if she's fortified her forces and strengths..." He rubbed his forehead. "I'd rather not leave anything to chance. Always have a backup plan." He sighed. "Unfortunately, with so many uncontrollable variables, it's hard to have a straight A plan. Not to mention a backup."

"And eggs!" Masuyo shouted holding a large plate of eggs.

"And we have crepes underway!" Nene said as she and Kentaro worked on making crepes.

Tsubasa began to drooling.

"What are you DOING!?" Masuyo shouted. "GET OFF!"

"Alright. This shouldn't be so hard. It's just basic chemistry. I just need to stick to the recipe." Kentaro says wiping off his face and getting ready to try again. "Hey you know what would make this go faster?" Kentaro says opening up the electric mixer with a screw-driver pulled from his back pocket, his eyes gleaming with dangerous intent.

"Everyone take cover!" Masuyo shouts as he tips a table over to use as a barricade

Shinta chuckled, "That's for sure." Shinta finished off his bowl and stood up, "Whelp, it's been fun, but I'd better get outta here. Gotta come up with a plan on our end. At any rate, best of luck for both of us." He paid for his meal and made his way out of the restaurant.

"What?!" shouted Karin as she ducked behind the table.

"What's everyone freaking out about?" Kentaro says holding up the mixer which is spinning ridiculously fast. "I just fixed the mixer." He begins to mix the batter without anything bad happening. He smiles at everyone. "See, nothing to worry about and I'll be done in three two one..." The mixer is still going. "Hahaha." he laughs nervously. "Shit." The mixer begins to go out of control spraying batter everywhere before shorting out and releasing smoke.

"...Leaving in quite a rush, Shinta." He finished his soup. "I wonder if you really trust me." He left cash for his meal and walked out of the restaurant. "A start to another beautiful day."

Maeko shrugged and sighed. She grabbed the tabel and set it back upright, she then set some plates and utinsels for everyone.

"Called it. More bukkake." Nene said.

"Here is a spatula, mix it with that please." Masuyo said
