Action Replay

Not sure if this is the right area..whatever, it'll do.
Yeah, so I got Action Replay DS. Cool. I got some cool stuff enabled for Pokemon Platinum (9999 EXP if I hold R at the "fainted' message, and 900 of each pokeball (including master).
However, I want to get certain pokemon like Ho-Oh and Articuno..can Action Replay just get my any pokemon I want?

Yes it can. I only use the ones built into the Emulators, but yeah, there are codes to capture any pokemon you want. I caught a Mewtwo on the first route. Codes should be one somewhere like gamefaqs. Under the codes section.
