Well, I did Yukiko, Kanji and Rise's dungeon all in one day during my first playthrough.

Yay, I just beat it. I actually broke out laughing when the final boss kept attacking and I survived with 1 HP every time..

Wow..I'm on my second playthrough and I had to fight Shadow Yukiko..I won in two turns.
Using Yoshitsune *Power Charge*

Shadow Yukiko did Agi...1 damage to MC.
Brave Blade, 1800+ damage. Fight over.

I dont use the already high level personas on other PTs. Its no fun.

Yoshitsune is a broken persona to begin with.

Yoshitsune is I dunno as Rozen said.... its too good to ever use unless you like having no challenge.

I've got a Kohryu that's about six levels higher, so I'm not technically using my strongest Persona

Plus, I'm gonna get revenge on Shadow Kanji for his retarded OHKO Swift Strike he got on me last playthrough :/

Everyone is lvl 70, and floors 4-6 of Magatsu Mandala are just flat out wrecking me. Holy crap.

Expert Mode lol, I need to level some so I can get a new Priestess persona and a Sun arcana persona.

Its not BAD, and its very fun having a challenge but since I have to use so much more SP it takes its toll on my party very quickly. Luckily Yukiko has the Sorcerers Mark equipped so she recovers 5 SP per turn so that drastically increaces how long I can stay in a dungeon since Masu Yosuke and Chie are all strong enough to fight without magic

Wow shes gonna do expert mode when she finishes this playthrough on her copy and also fight margaret.

Im afraid to fight Margaret (and too lazy to actually do her Slink)

I'm not sure how to handle the situation of having multiple party members that would need to be leveled individually.
Should I make an effort to keep everyone's level at the same place, or abandon/neglect some people? And if so, who? (I'm on Void Quest right now.)

Neglect. Kanji and Naoto aren't very good for the final battles because last boss absorbs lightning(kanji) and chie has power charge, making her physically stronger than kanji. Naoto only has Mudo/Hama which never work on bosses, and Medigo skills which do almighty dmg to all enemies. Nice, but it wastes so much SP that it becomes a hassle. Best team is Yosuke Chie and Teddie from personal experience, though the game IS beatable with yukiko/naoto, as my sister just beat her 4th playthrough using naoto.
