Bah, That's just my opinion. Maybe it's just me, but Digimon was far too similar to Pokemon to me. I've just always prefered Pokemon more. :/

I rather liked the second series except for the 20 years in the future load of bullshit epilogue.

But I will agree the first series wins all hands down.

I think I'd say Pokemon is better. If only because it came first.

And it didn't do a retarted spinoff. At least not yet.

Yeah Digimon didn't get advertised as much as Pokemon. The good games also came when Pokemon was popular already, which hurt them I guess.

Anyway:

Season 1 was Jesus
Season 2 was less Jesus
Season 3 didn't interest me so I never watched
Season 4 is an abomination

Pokemon is horribly over commercialized. Only good thing that came from it was the GB/GBA/DS games.

Season 1 was Epic.
Season 2 was less then Epic.
Season 3 to be honest I never got that into it since it was never on back when I used to watch TV and when I finally did get into it again it was halfway through.
Then Season 4 left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Also the Pokemon Stadium Games for N64 were pretty good.

Pokemon Puzzle League was the greatest pokemon game ever IMO. And Snap was pretty good. Rumble's pretty fun too.
