Nancy: 12-6. Which is closing time. So you'll probably have to stay a little later than 6 to help clean up everything.

Me: ....Okay. Cool.

Nancy: Oh. By the way Mike, since the stock manager decided to take a trip down to Phillidelphia on one of his crazy whims, and he decided to drive 5mph in that blizzard which resulted in his car breaking down, cause instead of having 2 good cars, he has 8 ready to fall apart ones, you're going to have to work Tuesday, which was pretty much your only way off this week. And it's a 200 piece truck coming in.

Nancy: OH! BY THE WAY MIKE. IT LOOKS LIKE I SCREWED UP ON YOUR SCHEDULE CAUSE I HAVE THE BRAIN CAPACITY OF A FLEA. YOU NEED TO COME IN AT 10 CHRISTMAS EVE INSTEAD.

Me: ........So, does that mean I get out at 4?

Nancy: NO. I PROBABLY NEED YOU TO STAY TILL, OH SAY ABOUT 6? OH. EXCEPT THAT'S CLOSING TIME. SO YOU MAY HAVE TO STAY A LITTLE WHILE LATER TO HELP CLEAN UP.

Once holiday break starts up, I'm looking for a new job. At least somewhere I get paid better than 8 bucks for what I have to do.

The job itself isn't all that bad. At least no worse than anywhere else. It's the treatment. I get treated like a tool, rather than a person. My schedule gets switched around under my nose. A monkey could do a smarter job as a general manager. I get paid at least 2 bucks lower then all the rest of my friends who have jobs. And I'm constantly being reprimanded for not finding stuff that is not there.

Well, there's more. But I'm tired and it would just be me bitching more. You get the idea. If I was treated with a little courtesy, I wouldn't mind it. Even the crappy pay.

The best part, is that she got off for Christmas Eve. She made sure of that.

Of course, she wouldn't be a horrible boss unless she made sure to do that.
