In case you're confused about where to put the wallpaper and TDK folders, put them in the same folder as the theme file.
I wasn't sure about that at first because it wasn't in the instructions but it worked all right

It randomly cycles through everyone from Continuum Shift. Those two were just the examples.

Since it's a bunch of wallpapers you could just set it to one of those

I don't think so. In the thread someone else asked for PSP themes too

Also if you take all the wallpapers out of the folder except for the Carl and Tager ones, it'd randomly switch between those two only
