Retro City Rampage

Somehow I only just noticed this.
It's a game for WiiWare being released sometime this year, displayed at PAX.
It looks kinda awesome, but I'm kind of put off because this is yet another game that's trying to be a throwback to old video games, along with No More Heroes 2, Scott Pilgrim, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Mega Man 9 and 10, and anything made by Nintendo. It's getting to be a bit much.
On the other hand, it looks like a lot of fun, so maybe that's the point. Outdated graphics don't seem to bother me, anyways.
