Rozen as new mod

I removed Desu and modded rozen, as I've wanted to add rozen to the staff for a while, but my feeble mind kept forgetting to do so, Desu is basically never on,and can truly care less about this site,where Rozen is very active,and is always contributing. So yeah. terrorize ppl now rozen!

Someone who is active and contributes a lot to something is a definitely a friend of mine.
