"Nothin' wrong with a little insanity." Shinta said looking away from his stack, "Anyway a group shot of us does sound nice."

Karen nodded, "Doesn't it?"

"Group shot?" Stefan thought about it. "...Well, it is our first trip together. WE should have something to commemorate it."

"Im gonna have to see their mugs whenever I see our picture?" Masuyo said frowing at Yomiko. "Ah well, it'd be nice I suppose."

"Ok well lets go see if we can get a picture drawn." Yomiko said standing up

"Yeah, let's go." Karin said as she went to the artists.
Shinta shrugged and followed, "For a group like us getting a normal picture wouldn't feel right anyway."

"Yeah," Rai laughed, "Ah the little joys in life, something we can remember years from now."

"Do I want to remember this years from now." Masuyo asked outloud to himself.

"I dunno. Im on the fence right now." Yomiko stated

"Geeze. Aren't you two just rays of sunshine." Stefan muttered.

"No." they both said at the same time

"Okay...I see we're back to arguing," Shinta said, "this'll be fun won't it?"

"Your remarks probably won't help any." Karin pointed out.

"Is it cause they're absorbed in the manga? Or did I say something to offend?"

"caricatures..........second floor." Yomiko said reading the sign infront of her.

"Well lets go then." Masuyo said as he walked up the stairs reading a manga.

".....?" Stefan shrugged and meandered toward the stairs.

"Did you hear about Risette's concert?" a girl said upstairs.
"What about it?" another girl said.
"I hear that they're adding extra security because the fans got out of control earlier. I hope they let us take our phones in." the first girl said.
"Whatever. they're such freaks. Its so sad that guys are so desperate that they resort to worshiping idols. Hahahahah!" the second girl said.

"Maybe they "worship" people like her because they represent something. Something worth striving for maybe?" Yomiko said completely disgusted at the conversation.

"Who the hell are you?" the second girl said looking up from her manga.

"A freak going to the concert." Yomiko said rolling her eyes. "I cant stand girls like you. Talking down about people who dont have it as nice and convenient as you. Some people have family or financial issues. These idols motivate people to keep trying in life. Whats wrong with admiring them? And another thing, why the hell are YOU two going if its such a freak fest?" she added.

"It doesn't matter why we're going!" the first girl said.

"Well, I think I struck a nerve." Yomiko said chuckling. "Enjoy your yaoi manga by the way." she added at the end. the two girls froze in shock.

"H-how.........."

"I looked into that series a year back. Never got the big yaoi obsession but I gotta say its boring. Not as entertaining as relationships between a guy and a girl. In my opinion." Yomiko said

"You didnt get it because Yaoi is for freaks." Masuyo said not looking up from his book. "Who wants to see two dudes slobber all over each other? Its disgusting."

"Says the kid with that Yuri manga in his hand! How can you walk around with that!?" the first girl shouted at Masuyo.

"Cause I like it. Why should you be ashamed of what you like?" he said lowering his book to take a look at the two girls. "I'd rather proudly walk down the street with this book, than pathetically cower in a corner hiding what I like.

"This idiot......why does he always talk like a shounen hero? Its so lame.......but I cant help but like it." Yomiko thought to herself watching the conversation.

"Why? Because people will treat us like freaks if they saw what we read!!!!" the first girl said. "Do you know how that feels!?"

"Do I? Im possibly seen as the biggest freak in my school. Besides that Mitsuo fucker but thats a different story. But, why should you let what others think about you and your interests inhibit what you do? NONE of those fuckers matter in the long run! The chances of interacting with them? Probably like, a measly 10%. If I were to hide what I like because I was afraid others would think they were weird............I wouldn't be here with a single one of these clowns here." he said looking back at his friends. "We fight, curse at each other, chase each other around, cant fucking eat in public and are pissed at each other around the clock for the most part. We're a walking circus, and I wouldn't rather be friends with anybody besides these five here. Theres never a dull moment with em y'know?"

"...........I dont get how you can be so confident in yourself about that and your friends." the second girl said with her eyes tearing up.

"I get it now. Thats why you're going to that concert." Karin said tapping her foot.

"Care to fill me in? Not much of a Risette follower." Shinta stated.

"Well, Risette's main message to her fans is to be proud of yourself and love who you are. She motivates many girls with self-esteem troubles in their teens to be themselves and not to listen to others and peer pressure and such." she said in an encyclopedic manner.

"Uh-huh......I think I get it now. Also, it seems old habits never die." Shinta said with a chuckle aimed at Masuyo's speech. "I would say you read too much shounen, but I have seen you read quite a bit of shoujo too."

"It seems he reads just about anything." Karin stated intrigued in Masuyo's tastes in manga.

On the second floor near a sign that says 'caricatures' sits an easel with a large sketch pad. Sitting on a stool behind the pad is a teenager with black wavy hair wearing a beret and headphones around his neck. He holds his thumb out in front of him and closes one eye while adressing the group of friends that has just come up the stairs.

''Oui! Tre magnifique! Such splendid models for my next and greatest masterpiece!''

"And here we have ANOTHER one." Masuyo said sighing hearing the french......in Kyoto Japan.

"I wonder what his name is......." Yomiko said.

"If its something like "Bebe" I will beat him." Masuyo said.

"Excuse me are you the caricature artist?" Yomiko asked politely to the person.

"Caricature? You guys all came to get pictures? Thats gonna be a long wait." the first girl said standing up.

"Why? Its just one picture." Masuyo said. "We're all getting one group picture."

"Oh............I didn't think that........that sounds nice." the second girl said wiping the few tears she shed off her face.

"Want to be in it?" Yomiko turned and asked. "We havent really met anyone here yet, it would be nice to have memories of some friends here." she said holding her hand out smiling.

"You all would really do that?" the second girl said happily.

"The more breasts the better I always say." Masuyo said with a grin.

"EH." they both said.

"Oh. yeah. behind that shounen hero facade is a complete pervert." yomiko said to the two girls.

"Hey! I appreciate the female figure is all!" Masuyo stated in defense.

"Tell me about it. What was it? "Dude check out that rack!!!"" Karin said imitating Masuyo's voice from the convenience store. "Yeah my first encounter with this guy was him ogling my chest like an animal."

"......... Convenient that you leave out the vicious swift kick you gave him." Shinta said squinting.

"Well! Well...........well yeah I kicked him. In defense!" Karin stated. "But its whatever, Mito's a good guy......god knows where I would be if I didn't meet him." Karin said with a slight smile.

"Wow. It must be nice to have such good friends." the second girl said.

"I suppose......though it can be a little strenuous at times..........90% of the time to be exact." Shinta said dryly.

"Oui! The boy understands it well. The female form is truly the essence of beauty. Like gentle rolling hills of firm chocolat mousse. None of you move allow moi, ze great Bebe, to capture that form."

A few seconds later...

''Finito! Behold!''

He holds out what appears to be a crayon drawing of large breasts.

"Nrk!!!!!" Yomiko grunted.

"Holy fuck.......even I think this is kinda in poor taste." Masuyo said shaking his head.

"You have got to be kidding me." Shinta said facepalming. "Everywhere. Everywhere we go theres more of them on the loose."

"Wow........and I thought Stefan and Masu were bad. At least they didnt just flash drawings of tits." Karin said shaking her head.

"This seems the exact opposite of that speech you gave earlier hero boy." the first girl said.

"Yeah.....your friends seem to be mad and want normality in the group." the second one said.

"No........its just that like he said earlier, we just get to him over time. He loves us deep down. Hes the "IM HARDCORE SILENT UNCARING TYPE ANGER ARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!"" Masuyo said with a fake angry voice.

"I think I played a EndlessFantasia game with a guy like that. I think it was Eight?"

"You mean Hawk Catseye? That guy was hilariously lame." Masuyo said laughing.

"Hey you!" shouts an angry voice from behind them.

A very angry man approaches the group looking straight at the artist his face red.

"You again! Stop pretending to be an artist and drawing stupid shit whenever I go on break! And give me back my hat!"

"Whoops." says the strange kid his accent gone. "Thas my cue. Exit stage left!" he says while jumping out a window. "Nice meeting you all..."

"HOLY SHIT HE JUMPED OUT OF THE SECOND STORY WINDOW!" Masuyo shouted. "THATS SO COOL! I WANNA DO IT TOO!" he said idiotically jumping out behind the other guy.

"Wai-YOU IDIOT DONT!!!!!!" Yomiko shouted as she ran up to the window to see Masuyo about to fall straight onto the ground. "Tch!" Yomiko thought about a gust of wind and Masuyo's fall was broken by a light twister Yomiko formed to safely put him onto the ground.

"Wow. That was higher up than i thought." Masuyo said breathing heavily. "Thanks Yomi!"

"Shut up! You idiot! Moron! Retard!" she shouted red in the face with anger.


"You really sound upset. Were you afraid he'd get hurt?" the second girl said walking up to Yomiko.

"Wha-.......NO!" Yomiko said turning away blushing. "He's stupid. He just lives in the same apartment as me. I cant afford to have to go back to inaba with him paralyzed. My aunt would make me cater to him around the clock." she said shuddering.

"Huh????" the first girl asked

"Whoa! I blinked and almost missed it but I coulda sworn your girlfriend just whipped up a small twister there. Names Kentaro Sakuraba. You guys are pretty interesting, what's your story?"

"Their landlady is Yomi's Aunt." Shinta stated. "Shes pretty motherly to the guy so she would probably have a stroke if she saw him come back hurt. Also.......yeah I can see Yomi having to cater to him. Dressed as a maid......saying things like "Welcome home Master." and such. It would really give him reason to live after becoming paralyzed Yomi."

"Wha? What kind of sick fetishes do you two have?" Karin asked disturbed.

"Well, its his I might add. He just never shuts up about it. But on a serious note, never take him for granted Yomi. Should he ever need someone to be with him and im not here to help him through a tough patch, im relying on you to support him." Shinta said in a slightly dark serious tone.

"Uh, whats with the sudden cryptic speech?" Karin said confused.

"Ah, dont worry about it. Probably just concern for an old friend is all." Shinta said with a slight grin.
