This sounds like its gonna be like FF-X2 honestly I feel like its not going to be real great.

I haven't beaten FF13 yet. But as of right now, it doesn't seem like the kind of game that lived up to it's hype.
The black guy is cool so far, but it seems that Square Enix can't have a black guy in their game without him acting like a complete idiot at times. I'm watching this guy's character, and he's really cool, but then it's like:
"LOL! LOOK AT WHAT THE SILLY BLACK MAN IS DOING!!!"
I like Snow, cause he's pretty much Yuri Lowell in almost every aspect except his looks.
Everyone else so far can die in a ditch and I wouldn't care any less.

Sazh is a good guy. He's not much of a joker past the first couple of chapters.

Yeah, lots of people expected it to be the second coming of jesus christ. Or just went into it expecting alot because its a next gen FF title. So nearly everyone is critical of it (without even getting through at least 3 or 4 chapters first before y'know, character development happens)

From what I read from ANN's X button, there was a few things that the developers of 13-2 have decided to state/clear up. Here's the list:
The person who was also in the trailer and the logo is male
It seems to want to expand on the cast of fal'Cie and l'Cie
Finally it seems like they are giving the battle system a tweak.
