Marta wasn't all THAT bad. She got better in the end, Richter was okish...

I agree. Marta wasn't that bad towards the end. But, I probably would have given her more credit if she wasn't trying to be a main character. She's more like a side character. Like Regal, or Presea. Not a female lead. Like Sheena.

Emil was okay towards the end sorta, but he still had moments of annoyance, Marta annoyed me all the time just cause of her behaviour. They probably should of just kept the original cast from the first game and add no new characters to the protagonist side, and also why did the english version have new voice actors when the japanese version had primarily the same.

No idea, cuz I had the JP version. Lloyd's voice has been different in every game he's been in since TOS 1 :/

...he's had Brian Beacock for his VA in all games except for ToS. Radiant Mythology, DotNW and *Soul Calibur Legends* The only time Scott Menville voiced him was in the original :/

Both voice actors are great, but I'm going to refrain from turning this into a VA debate. Basically, because of unions, voice actors are only allowed to do so much work every year..that's why some people couldn't return to voice (like Crispin Freeman) etc.
