Warn System added

This is pretty much a precausion. We don't really think we'll end up using it too much. However, we have noticed that the spam board has taken a large turn for the worse. Yes it IS the spam board, but please, keep some level of intelligence. No one cares for topics like:

"YO LOOK HERE!!!"

"Pingas."

That's the kind of topic we will warn you for. And before you start thinking that this is just me that is behind this, Masu is the one who created the warn system for this reason. This is a full staff descision.

We want things to be relaxed, but we don't want them to be "DERP DE DERPA DERPIE DOO." Nor do we want the forum full of pretentious 'holier than thou' pricks.

And no. It's not TLS alone that does this. So don't think that this is a specific attack on him. It wasn't even his topic that got us to add the system.

Ok, cool. I guess. What about ATTN topics? Though I still don't see the point in a trash heap board. Wouldn't it be easier to just lock and/or delete the topic? No point in keeping them around, right?

ATTN topics are alright. If only cause it's not alright on SF. Of which we made this site as a big middle finger toward them. XD

Though that still doesn't answer my other question. I just don't see the point in having it. Maybe it's just me.

Well, the trash forum is an easier way for us to delete topics. All we need to do now is delete the forum. Then re-make the forum. We needed it initially cause we had so many.

However, now we can just delete the topic when it starts.

So it's a temp thing.

On another note, the green warn bar looks a bit strange IMO.. =x
How can you tell how much percentage the warn is at?

So now we have HP bars that indicate how much we have been warned.
