"Alley huh? Perfect." Shinta smirked with an eye open, Why do I feel like the bad guy all of a sudden?

Rai got to the entrance of the alleyway first, "Reika-san why did you run?" he started to walk into the alley, "What..." he thought sensing something else in the alley, "A shadow, here?"

"Rai-san I..," Reika started and stopped unable to speak, "I...," she kept stumbling over her words, "The.... tv," she was on the verge of crying.

"I don't get it what are you talking about," Rai was unable to understand her broken speech due to her pauses and small sobs, he looked over to where he thought the shadow was, "Shit I can't summon my persona here, they can't manafest." he looked to see Shinta come to the entrance, "Hey there are one of them in the alley behind her." he pointed to a corner.

"What's behind me!" Reika said turning around to see nothing but the dead end. She started to have tears come down her face, "Why are you chasing me! What are you talking about!" she fell to her knees and started sobbing loudly.

Shinta held his knees as he gasp for air, "What's going on here? One of what?"

"You know "them"" Rai got near him and whispered, "Shadows." he turned and looked at Reika, "Reika-san please come here, I'm sorry for chasing you but I wanted to ask you something."

"No I...," Reika stopped, "I want to go home...." she started to back towards the wall.

"No don't get away from the corner," Rai said starting to walk towards her.

Shinta quickly turned to Rai and whispered, "Aren't they supposed to be in the TV?" He sighed and collected himself, Well if we could get in I don't see how they can't get out. This just makes things... "So what do we do?"

"I dunno yet," Rai kept a slow pace, "Reika-san please come over here," he was worried she was two steps from where the shadow was.

"No stay away," Reika was panicking, why was she so scared of him she loved him but yet she didn't want to go with him. She hit the wall and her foot was in the shadow of the building. A opening in the wall appeared and two hands came out grabbing her, "Rai-san!" she screamed as the hands pulled her in and the hole closed.

"Shit!" Rai went over to where the hole was, "Come on open," he kicked the wall but nothing happened, "DAMNIT, shes been taken." he turned and started to walk out of the alleyway, "Well we need to call the others we have a problem to deal with, so much for the celebration eh?" hoping his demeanor was covering his inner anger at himself for letting this happen.

Shinta stared blankly as he processed what he just saw"...The hell was that?"

Kishin sat in the waiting room, shovel in hand.

"Just me, huh. Man, those two have sure been gone a long time.
I better not be missing out on anything."

"You........you guys SUCK." Masuyo said as he finally showed up at the scene with blood on his hands and around his mouth. "..........are you guys rapists or something? Cornering stalker-san down an alley isnt a very smart move-oh hey where is she anyways?" he asked as he began to cough violently.

Shinta raised an eyebrow, Is he actually defending a stalker? Shinta shook himself out of his thoughts and answered, "First of all, she started running first. Second of all, she's not here because...something took her. And thirdly, you look like death. Clean yourself up."

"Cause I hear sobbing and screaming from around the corner. Jesus fucking christ why did such a short distance do such a huge number on me?" Masuyo said. "This has got to be the fucking WORST possible time for someone to go missing. We barely beat Kishin's shadow with four people, theres no way that three would be able to take out a stronger one."

"I'd love to shinta, but I dont see floating sinks and towels next to me, do you?" masuyo replied sarcastically

Shinta raised a finger, "Well then how about this: We go in, grab her and tear outta there before the shadow knows what the fuck."

"That actually sounds like a good idea. I have like, 5 hours left till I go back to shit. My meds work for 6 hours, then they wear off." Masuyo said.

"I'm going to return to my house and check the Midnight Channel and see if something appears on it," Rai said, "We should meet tomorrow and go in, give us some time to prepare, Shinta can you explain what's going on to Kishin, since I need to take Masuyo to my house or his house so he can clean up and probably put some bandages on these."

Reika looked around lost on where she was, "Where am I?" she said frantically looking around. There was a heavy mist in the air making it impossible to see anything.

"Hehehehe," a voice said behind her, "Welcome my dear," Reika turned to face the voice and a feminine figure stood before her.

"I'll just call him" Masuyo said pulling out his phone.

"Hey kishin, get to Rai's place. Stalker-san got kidnaped by shadows before the Shinta and Rai could get to her. Shits goin down tomorrow or something."

"Wha...where did you...

Well uh, okay. I'm on my way."

"Zzzzz." Stefan snoozed away.

"Grrr." The Fox guardian of the shrine grew angry. He didn't mind visitors, but for one to use his shrine as a place of sleep without giving some form of tribute, was too much for him to tolerate. The Fox walked on over to the sleeping interloper. "....." The Fox sniffed at Stefan, and poked him with his nose. Stefan mumbled in his sleep and rolled over to get away from whatever was pestering him. The Fox walked closer to Stefan, took a deep breath and cried "YIP!!!!!!"

"WAGAFH!!!" Stefan flinched as if he'd been shot. His heart pounded. "W-w-w-what the-?"

"Rrrr." The Fox groaned, realizing he was dealing with another simpleton.

"Oh..Wow. A Fox.......Did you wake me?" Stefan asked.

"Yip!" The Fox yelped.

"Oh...." Stefan looked around, still groggy. "Man, how long was I out?"

"Yip!" The Fox nibbled Stefan's arm and ran toward the donation box. "Yip!"

"Huh? You want me to donate some coins?"

"Yip yip!!" The Fox spun around.

"Um...Well I guess if this is where you live....Wait, how can a Fox own land?"

"Rrrr....." The Fox growled.

"Eh?! Woah woah! Calm down! I'm donating!" Stefan reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet. "......Um....How much do I owe you?" The Fox stared at him. "Er. Right. You can't talk....Um...."

"YIP!" The Fox was getting impatient.

"Uh....I'm kinda broke right now....Sorry..Ehehehehe" Stefan rubbed the back of his head.

".....YIP!!!" The Fox lunged at Stefan and bit his arm.

"Owowowowow!!!! What do you want me to do!?!? I've got no money!"

"Grrrrr." The Fox growled at Stefan.

"Hey, wait, what if we work out a deal? Like, I'll do stuff for you. And then I'll make up for my debt. Is that good?" Stefan pleaded with the Fox.

"....Yip!" The Fox yelped in contentment, and ran off.

"....Did I just get swindled by a fox?" Stefan mumbled to himself. The Fox came running back with a couple of leaves. "Huh? You want me to take these?"

"Yip!" The Fox cried. Stefan took them from his mouth.

"..What should I do with them?"

"Yip! Yip! Yip!" The Fox barked at Stefan and nudged him towards the entrance.

"Ah! Okay okay! I'm going!" Stefan left the shrine. "Geeze. What the hell did I just get into?"

"Oh geez guys I gotta take a break" Masuyo said grabbing his side in pain as they passed the shrine near Tatsumi textiles.

"Huh..." Stefan held the leaves in his hand. "Odd. What do I do with these things?" Stefan examined one. Then he took a bite. "Woah! That's got quite a kick!" Stefan felt adrenaline run through his body. "Man! I feel like I could lift a truck! WOOO!! CHYEAA!! I AM THE MAN!!!" Stefan jumped up and down flexing and making quite a scene.

".......what the hell is with THAT guy?" Masuyo unkowningly basically shouted at the top of his lungs.

"WOOOOHOOOOO! MAN! THIS IS AWESOME!!!" Stefan jumped a foot into the air. "Phew. I better calm down before I burst an artery." He took a deep breath in and noticed all the people staring at him. "Hm?"

"..............I think I should walk away before I grab his attention-OOOOOOW!" Masuyo yelled grabbing his side and falling over on one knee.

"Hey. You okay man? You look like hell. You should head to a hospital or something." Stefan suggested to the keeling over person.
