Persona 4 RP Phase 2

"Wassup?" Stefan said plainly, walking toward the entrance to the barn. "...I was about to just let you in, Banchou, no point in destroying property." His halbred was balanced on his shoulders, his arms hanging off them.

"Someone, or something." said Shinta putting his hands in his pocket.

"Stefan..." said Karin as Stefan approached.

"...Heya." He swallowed. "No Shinta or Masuyo? I woulda thought they would jump at the chance for a rematch with me. Heh." He kicked the ground. "....Anyway, I asked Toshi for the chance to make you guys reconsider this." He looked to Banchou. "....You might have been pressured into it."

Karin shrugged and said, "Honestly I'm not even sure what's going on here. Why don't you explain it for me."

Kazama had just finished his Ramen and exited the Ramen shop. “Well that was a very good meal I’ll defiantly have to come back again.”

Ring ring ring ring. Kazama’s phone began to ring. Kazama dreaded picking it up it meant his subordinates wanted to speak with him. He reluctantly picked up the phone “yeah what is it? Yeah I am on my way to the hospital now.” He passes for a moment and a devilish grin runs across his face “oh really well I shall make haste.” Kazama hangs up his phone and begins to chuckle

“ehehehehhehehahahhhahaha Well it looks like today won’t be so boring after all!” Kazama then adjusts his purple hair and puts his hands in his pockets and slowly began to walk to the hospital.

"I hope it isnt a something." Tsubasa said from behind Masuyo.

"Knowing this woman it very well could be a something." Misaki said as the arrived at the bottom of the stairs. "Welcome to the Inaba persona underground research facility."

"IPURF? Sounds retarded." Masuyo said. "Just call it "Fagvile" or something.

"Anyways." Misaki said stifling a chuckle from the name Masuyo just said, "Only higher ups here have personas, the others are pretty much just foot soldiers." she said as a knife was thrown towards her face. She then caught it inbetween her pointer and middle finger. "Like them."

A group of ten grunts wearing completely black body suits and shades approached the group.

"This'll be good warm up I suppose!" Masuyo said as two grunts with steel pipes dashed at Maeko and Masuyo.

"Ya took too long, you bastards don't have a lick of common courtesy!" Banchou said back cracking his neck.

"Says the guy who smashed the door in........" Yomiko said shaking her head. "Anyways, are you the first guy we're takin out?" she said pointing at Stefan

"We're trying to stop Mikako. We want to work WITH you guys." He responded, a sad look on his face. "...Things got pretty fucked up to start. But you gotta believe me. We're not your enemy. ...I'm not your enemy." He sighed. "...I've fucked up a lot, starting with including you in this." He pointed to Yomiko. "...But joining up with Toshi wasn't a mistake."

"Hm!" Maeko stood her ground and took aim as the grunt approached her. Wait... She waited until he was close enough, then fired the harpoon through his throat. As his body kept advancing her she moved to the side.

"Woah now!" Masuyo said as he grabbed the pipe of the dead grunt who fell onto the ground. He guarded himself against the grunt who swung at him with it. "You may wanna look behind you."

"Do you really think i'll fall for-"

"GURAAAAAAGGGHHH!"

The grunt clashing with Masuyo turned to see three of his comrades on the ground with blood spouting from their throats. Tsubasa silently stood over them.

"You actually turned around! You're a disgrace to have ever worked for this place!" Misaki shouted as she jumped onto the grunt's head and snapped his neck with her legs. Five grunts remained, two of them wielding swords

"Prove it." Yomiko said with a distraught look on her face. "Prove that he has the best interests in mind! That bastard! He-"

Banchou placed his hand on her head. "Alright thats enough, no emotional explosions right at the start missy. So, you say you're on our side? Then let us through. Honestly Toshiyuki is our only target."

"You keep saying that," Karin's fists began to tremble, "'We want to work with you.' 'We're on your side.' But when have you even tried that? Spying on us, trying to break us all up, never letting us understand him, what part of this is being 'on our side?'"

Maeko took a few steps back and retracted her harpoon from the other grunt. She got on her knee for better aim, as she fired another grunt in the leg.

"He's slow to trust...Anyone. He just...It's..."

"That's enough Stefan." Toshiyuki walked out of the barn. Rodrigo and Amy followed after him. "Let me ask you all this, what would you do with me, if I gave in?" He asked.

Maeko hit one of the sword grunts in his knee, causing him to fall over and flail his arms around wildly, and slashing one of his allies's head off.

"Holy shit.........these people suck!" Masuyo said laughing.

"Its a DISGRACE!" Misaki shouted as she kneed the grunt who was shot in the knee in his face. "This place may be a hell hole, but you NEVER shun your training! Or else you pay with your life!" she said as she drove her knife into his chest.

The remaining three grunts eyed Shinta.

"I never gave it a thought." Yomiko said bluntly. "Because you seem like the type thats no good until hes dead."

"How can we even trust you IF you gave in?" Nene asked. "You'd probably do more backstage stuff like you tried with us before!"

"I dunno," Karin scratched the back of her head, "make you apologize to Maeko, find out just what your trying to do, make a plan for all of us to beat Mikako, then work together and win...right?"

"Are you serious?" Shinta held up his hands at the three remaining grunts, "You sure about this?"

"Heh! Listen to this kid trying to talk like hes so scary!" one grunt said to the other two.

"He's probably ready to cry for stepping foot into this place." a female grunt said with a laugh.

"Get him!" the third one shouted as he charged at Shinta with the other two grunts

"Hm." Maeko smirked and turned to the other three grunts, retracting her harpoon. She kept her fishing rod under her arm and placed her harpoon over her shoulder. "You got it?" Maeko asked Shinta.

"Yeah." Shinta sighed and closed his eyes. As he opened them he weaved effortlessly through their attacks, countering each blow and knocking them unconscious. "You're right, I am ready to cry," Shinta fully opened his eyes, revealing them to have a dull green glow to them, "This place has a dusgusting smell to it that's irritating my eyes."

Kazama finally arrived at the hospital. His phone had been ringing nonstop on his way but he ignored it, Kazama figured it would be more fun if he did not answer. “Well looks like the shit hit the fan here.” he lets loose a laugh “ehehehehe oh this is turning out to be better than I had imagined. But it would be no fun if I got involved right away. I’ll just sit back and watch for now.”

"...I can't trust your group." He responded. "I admit, I underestimated you, but you're working too closely with the enemy. Banchou, Misaki, they both work with the nurse." He stuck his hands in his pockets. "If you had come here without him, things might have been different. ...Then again, without him, you likely would not of found this place, no?" He pulled out his sickle. "Out of respect for Stefan's wishes, I won't aim to kill most of you. Just you Banchou. If any of you wish to back out, now's the time." He looked to the others.

"T-Toshi! You can't mean...." Amy protested.

"We knew this was coming at some point Amy." Rodrigo barely got out between labored breaths. "I stand with you Toshiyuki. As much as I can like this." He wheezed out a laugh.

"...I stand with you too." Amy added, pulling out a hatchet.

"And you Stefan?" He asked.

"....Last chance guys, will you back off?" Stefan asked the group.

What's that glow..? Maeko looked at Shinta for a moment, then back to the others. "So, that takes care of that I suppose?"

"You...idiot." Karin lost all composure and started yelling, "Just look at yourself! We didn't even know this guy when you showed, but you were too paranoid to see that! Now it's our fault that you can't trust us? Don't fuck with me!"

"Looks like it." said Shinta as his eyes returned to normal.

"..Heh...There's no way I can please you like this Karin. Either I have to fight against you, or I'm a traitor to my own group." He sighed, then spun his halbred readying it. "...I'm sorry. These guys are my friends too. And they're outnumbered. Toshiyuki, I stand with you. ....But I stand with them too."

"Fair enough." He looked back to the group. "....Well then." He began charging Banchou, swinging at him with his sickle. "I kill you, Banchou, and I'll leave your daughter alone! So at least you can rest in peace!"

"Kyaa!" Amy charged in after Toshiyuki, blocking attacks from the others, as they went to attack him.

"....Karin, mind if we take a walk?" Stefan asked. "...I'd rather not be around to see any of my friends get hurt."

"Fine by me," Karin said calming down, "You're the one I wanted to see anyway."

"Well then. We should continue on. This place is five floors deep. This one is mainly just grunts for security. Same for the second floor. Things are gonna get dangerous once we hit floor 3 though." Misaki said as she motioned for the group to follow her.

"You aren't killin anyone today!" Banchou shouted with a serious demeanor as he began to parry Toshiyuki's attacks with his golden brass knuckles.

"Dahni! Help Nene with that guy!" Yomiko shouted as she charged at Amy. "How fast are your reflexes?" she asked Amy.

"Uhhhh.........." Nene said looking at Rodrigo. "This.......seems wrong. Hey am I really supposed to beat up a hacking guy in a wheelchair?" she turned asking everyone

"Hm." Maeko turned to Misaki as she followed her. Eyeing her surroundings carefully. I have a bad feeling in my gut...
