Oh man I had so much fun with L4D2 yesterday that I had to write down the best parts
Cause after I recovered and then thought about it, it turns out that it was actually pretty funny
This is what I was thinking during the epic struggle between man and zombie
Note: I was trying as hard as possible the entire time because I had spent most of the day losing at BlazBlue and was determined not to lose at any more things that day.

I'm never going back to help you again. If you get downed, and I'm the closest one to you, and no one else is coming back. You're dead. End of story.

Also, I love how in scavenge mode earlier in the evening, I was all the way at the gas deposit, I see KarolSage get charged and attacked, both Roz and Cat are near him. I finish depositing the gas, run all the way from across the map, and save Karol, before Roz or Cat even knew what the fuck.

I dunno if that's cause I rule, or cause Roz/Cat just don't like Karolsage all that much.

Actually if it werent for cat (before you showed up) i would have died cuz there was a horde on me. Roz straight up stood on me for a good 4 seconds, as i saw ellis' ass on my screen, then picked up the gas and jumped off. Cat killed the horde that woulda raped me and had ne not done that i woulda died before you showed up Lyle. Doesnt justify Roz's part, but it does cat's part at least

Cat is absolved of that sin.

I guess if I was being horded, it would make it difficult to save a friend as well. So I forgive Catbread.

So I got the idea to check GameFAQs for helpful information. Sadly there was only this scavenger mode guide

Wait a second... I'm usually Rochelle when we have a full team and my brother refuses to be a female... FUCK.

But I'm Ellis more often, and Rozy is Rochelle more often.

There's no substitute for experience.

Play some single player matches on advanced. Once you can get past all the stages without dying, then do random matches in Versus. Getting better at zombies is not as important as learning to survive. If you survive every match, you may not need to kill the survivors often.

Valve has revealed the first downloadable addition to Left 4 Dead 2, a new episode named "The Passing." The campaign, set after the events of "Dead Center," features a meet up between Ellis, Coach, Rochelle, and Nick and Bill, Francis, Zoey and Louis.

"The Passing" offers more than just a friendly Survivor get-together, adding one new "uncommon common" infected type, new weapons—one melee, one firearm—and "a new co-operative challenge mode of play." The new campaign will naturally be playable in Survival, Versus and Scavenge modes in addition to that still unannounced newer mode.

The new episode is "set in a small town in rural Georgia," according to Valve's release, keeping players in the role of Left 4 Dead 2's cast "as they meet with the L4D1 characters." Could "The Passing" offer 4-plus-4 cooperative multiplayer action, or are we just aiming too high?

Left 4 Dead 2's "The Passing" is scheduled for release in "early spring" for the PC and Xbox 360. Pricing has not yet been announced.
