Persona 4 RP Story/Dungeon

"....Oh. So now it's not such a big deal to bring people without personas in here, then!?" Stefan grumbled. "Well, it's nice to meet you. ...Sort of. Just be careful, yeah?!"

"Eh?" Masuyo said as he heard that same familiar irritating laugh.

"hehehe~. Im so glad you made it!" Yomiko's shadow said as the lights to the room cut on to reveal that everyone was in a performance hall. On the stage Yomiko was half-heartedly playing the violin with her head looking down in shame.

"Yomi!" Masuyo shouted as he saw her on the stage. "Hey! You alright!??!"

"...Ma..........s........uyo" Yomiko slowly mumbled looking up.

"And it looks like its time for the show to start! You KNOW what happens next right?" the shadow said grinning at Yomiko.

"No.............NOOOOOOO!" Yomiko shouted as she dropped the violin and clenched her head in agony.

"Bwahahhaha! Exactly! You DONT know! And thats whats so funny about you! You just need to know everything~. Nothing is good enough for you. What even made you that way? Oh yeah I remember now~" the shadow teased turning towards the party.

"Cut the crap! I dont care what's wrong with her! I just wanna get her out! Now get outta the way!" Masuyo shouted to the shadow as he readied his persona

"....Hold up. We don't know what this shadow is capable of yet. Hopefully Yomiko can accept it too." Despite his words, Stefan seemed eager to rescue Yomiko as well. ..Hang in there...

Karin grew uneasy at the scene laid before her, "Okay...why are there two of her yelling at each other?"

Rai ran into the room after managing to become unlost, "What the hell, looks like I made it just in time."

"Tch." Masuyo said as he held off. He knew Stefan was right, but it was tearing him up inside to watch Yomiko suffer so much in front of him as he just stood by and watched.

"You were such a smart little prodigy in elementary school. You knew EEEEEEEVERYTHING. Perfect grades and all. On top of that you have some not so shabby looks either! Everything was great. Despite all of the things you had, you always stayed humble. You didnt let material stuff like money and social standing get to your head like your family. But then! There was that one time, where instead of studying for an important placement test to go overseas to school, you skipped studying. I mean, after 3 years of being so smart, you already understood everything right? You KNEW you'd ace the test." the shadow went on.

"Wait. You dont mean-" Masuyo started.

Thats right! Sweet little Yomi-chan here is right here infront of you all today, because she didnt study for her test, like a proper little girl should have done! In turn, she failed, and her parents dont accept failure. She didnt understand why mommy and daddy were soooooooo mad with her. "Why did daddy hit me?" she would ask herself in such a pitiful voice. "I dont understand." Hahaha. She thought she could cry to mommy about it, but in turn, mommy let her have it twice as better than daddy did! "Why!? Why are they mad!? I've had near perfect grades for years!!!! I mess up once and everything is over? I dont get it!!!" she would say to herself in her room curled in a ball of failure as she would cry her sad self to sleep." preached Yomiko's shadow, enjoying every second of this.

"But........I.......why did I deserve everything that happened?" Yomiko said about to cry.

"Because you're such a little weak bitch! the shadow snapped at Yomiko. "After that you needed to know eeeeeverything around you. If you didnt understand it, you would go to no end to make sure you understood it in the end! And look at where it got you now! You and your friends, no, friends is too generous. Your "subjects" are about to be killed. All because you-"

"STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!" Yomiko shouted jumping up from her chair.

"What? I thought you wanted to know! You wanna know what "Persona" is right? THEN REJECT ME! HATE ME! DENY MY EXISTENCE! THEN YOU'LL SEE WHAT YOUR LITTLE BUDDIES HERE HAVE GONE THROUGH! I PROMISE YOU, THE END RESULT WILL BE WORTH THE NEW INFO!"

"I would never use them like that!!!!!!!!! You monster! There's no way you could ever be me! "

"Hahahahah~. Thats what I like." The shadow said as it began to glow. "Now i'll show you.........WHAT A SHADOW IS! it said as it transformed into a mannequin of Yomiko blindfolded being strung up by violin strings in front of the curtains of the stage. The curtains opened up to show a complete orchestra of Yomiko's looking down with an ashamed look, with the heads open, revealing complete emptiness where their brains would be.

"Though, its a pity that you'll not live to see what a persona is! the shadow said as it made the chairs in the audience levitate and hurled them at the group.

"Shit!" Masuyo said as he shoved the exhausted looking Stefan out of one of the chairs' path, taking the full blow himself. "Aagh!"

"Hell," Rai ran down to start helping, holding his spear ready he watched for an attack.

"Dammit!!!" Masuyo.... He raised his axe. "Moron. I'm already weakened, this shadow's too powerful for my mudo skills to work, and you had a suped up Persona. Not to mention, that she's your girl to begin with. So why leave it up to me to save her?" He took a battle stance. "Regardless. I WILL save her. HRAGH!!!!!" He used all his might and swung the axe as hard as he could, flinging it at the shadow.

"Im not leaving it up to you. Im just doing what partners do." Masuyo said not taking his eyes off of the shadow. "Partners help each other from harm. Eat this!!!!!!" Masuyo said as he lifted one of the chairs and threw it at the shadow.

"WE UNDERSTAND. PARTNERS PROTECT OTHER PARTNERS." one of the Yomiko dolls in the orchestra said as it disappeared from the stage to infront of the shadow and took the blow of the chair.

"What the hell was that!?" Masuyo asked.

"IT seems she has puppets for us. And now I'm out an axe..." Stefan complained, seeing that his axe suffered the same fate as Masuyo's chair. "....This could be problematic....I got it!" He held out his persona card. "Ippon-Dattara! Maragidyne!!" Stefan launched a widespread fire at the orchestra.

"Let's add a little to that! BLACK FROST!" Masuyo shouted as he cast a fire spell of his own to augment stefan's fire.

"PROTECT. PROTECT. GYAAAAHHHH!!!!"

The shouts of nearly half of the orchestra was heard in the fire.

"Well.........that did SOMETHING." Masuyo said still annoyed that the orchestra members kept guarding the shadow. "I suppose we'll just take them out. first?"

"Here! Their structural integrity should be weakened from the fire! RAMPAGE!" Ippon Dattara materialized and started bashing the orchestra. "I sure hope this is working to our advantage...."

"Allow me to crush your hope!" Shadow Yomiko said as she trapped Stefan and Masuyo in Violin strings that she slipped onto the ground while they focused on the orchestra.

"Shit!" Masuyo said dropping his weapon. "Damn it............."

"Hang on," Shinta called as he ran to cut through the wires with his knife. Karin fell to her knees and stared, "What the...this is..."

"Thanks Shinta." Stefan said, rubbing his wrists where the strings had been tight. "....Hey. I got an idea....It's kinda risky though...."

Shinta nodded, "It's Raiha, but let's hear it."

"Can I help with it?" Masuyo asked.

"I think we need all of us to pull it off. I can use a tech, that'll increase our chances of getting a good hit on her. If we can knock her down, we might be able to get her all at once, and finish her mad quickly. The bad news is, the same tech increases her chances of getting a nasty hit on us." He explained. "One of us will have to provide distraction, while the other two look for an opening. .....I'd like to volunteer myself for that, since this is my fault, but I have to use the spell first. It should be whoever is faster to avoid the attacks.."

"I GOT THIS." Masuyo said. "I'll be the distraction!"

"I've got your back." Shinta said.

"I'm not gonna ask you if you're sure. You're more determined than any of us. Whenever you're ready. But you should probably get ready soon." He indicated that the shadow was ready to attack again.

"Tch. Looks like she's getting impatient." Masuyo said as he pointed to the shadow. "I'll dodge to the left, you two go to the left. I'll hold her attention."

"STOP WHISPERING AMONGST YOURSELVES! the shadow shouted as it cast Maziodyne towards the the team.

"GO!" Masuyo said as he jumped to the left and ran towards the shadow.

"Be careful!" Stefan yelled at the last minute. He dodged the lightning. I'm not gonna do many hits without my axe.... He looked around and spotted it in the torso of one of the puppet orchestra. "Of course, right at the enemy...You ready!?" He yelled to Masuyo.

"YEAH!" Masuyo said as he repetitively swung his kendama at the shadow to distract the orchestra to focus on the side he was attacking.

"Hehehe. What are you trying to do with garbage like that? the shadow taunted Masuyo

"I only get one shot at this...." He held out his persona card. "Rebellion!" Ippon Dattara manifested and a light shined over everyone in the room. Stefan made a quick dash, grabbing his axe and pulling it out of the puppet. "NOW! HAAARRRRR!!!" He swung his axe at the shadow.
