Its mor fair to anyone who lost somebody to Cat for the harem to be up for grabs. You divorce them, they go to the divorce pile, not the TLS pile.

To be fair, they will just be claims that don't take a turn. So whenever you claim, you can snag one person from the pile.

no, you still can, youre allowed to call AND take someone from the divorced pile when you call. all you did was try to get a divorcee so technically you havent called yet.

Edit: Since divorcing is coming into play I'll just put it here for a reminder

6.Divorcing. You may divorce a character ONCE A WEEK if you wish. That character ends up in the "Divorced" pile and is up for grabs by anybody. In turn of doing this, you gain an extra call next time the chance comes to claim people. You can take a single character from the divorced pile anytime you make a call.
