Well I have figured out these decisions and I'm on stage 22.

Ilyana vs soren: Soren's lighter tomes and higher SPD won it for him
Marcia vs Jill: I had an open spot so these two stayed on.

Ike however is near STR cap at lvl 5 Lord, however his skill is 14, does the Archer band up skill?
