"so. We gonna head over to that daidara guy you were talking about today Rai?" Masuyo said rubbing his eyes as he woke up

"Yeah," Rai said checking something on his cell phone while waiting on toast to pop out of the toaster, "He's an interesting man but he does a good job at what he does."

"cool. makin us breakfast Rai-sama?" Masuyo teased

"Sama?" Rai chuckled to himself, "No no I'm not that high in society." he paused looking at his phone record, "Fujioka's father is a total over protection freak, I called and he's like whatever you want its no."

"Figures." Masuyo groaned. "I'll try talking to her mom sometime......but we should get to Daidara and get gear for saving those two soon"

"Here toast with an egg on it." Rai said handing a disposable plate to Masuyo, while eating his own, "So lets go ahead and get going."

"Thanks. You wanna tag along Shinta?" Masuyo said turning to him

Shinta remained quiet, not even making eye contact. After being called again he snapped out of his trance, "Hm? Yeah, sure."

"ok then lets get going." Masuyo said as he put his shoes on

"Right conveinent my house is near the shopping district where Daidara's is." Rai laughed as he opened the door and went outside.

"YESSSSSS" Masuyo happily shouted as he dashed towards the shopping district

"Okay so lets see, Daidara's is the second shop after we get to the Moel gas station." Rai said as they neared the shopping district.

"Cool. I dont have much money to buy anything. Maybe he can just mod this stupid toy for cheap to make it dangerous or something" Masuyo said as her grinned

"Here we are," Rai said as he entered the shop, "Yo Daidara you here." he said as he glanced around noting the armor and other various things.

"Welcome, Natsuyama san." Daidara, the elderly rough looking man said, "Are you looking for more martial arts poles?"

"No I'm looking for something more dangerous." Rai said pausing glancing around, "Like this Naginata." he picked it up and felt it out and decided on it, "I'll take this, Masuyo what are you going to take?"

"I dunnoooooooooooo." Masuyo whined. "I dont like blades. Hey! Ji-san! Can you make this stupid toy kendama like, DANGEROUS and stuff!?" Masuyo shouted waving the kendama around

"Let me see it for a moment, I will be back momentarily," Daidara said as he grabbed the kendama and went into the back of his shop.

"Do do do doooo. Do do do do do do dooooo. Do do do doooooo. Do do do dooooo. Do do do dooooooo. Do do do do do do dooooooo. Do do do dooo do do doooooooo. Dum dum dummm. Dum dum dummm. Dum dum-" Masuyo hummed the persona 4 shop music as he waited

"Sigh only problem with Daidara is sometimes he takes too long," Rai said as he felt out the naginata some just check reach.

"It is done, I apologize for the wait," Daidara came forth with the kendama, it now had a different ball and the handle looked more complex, "The ball is now made of some light metal and the handle is better for swinging." he paused, "Grand total for both weapons is 34,000 yen."

"Here you go Daidara," Rai said handing him exact change for the weapons.

"Right now were ready to go then?" he said as he looked at Masuyo.

"Actually," Shinta raised his hand as he browsed through the various items, "You got any good knives old man?"

"Sure Im ready. But it looks like Shinta wants to help us." Masuyo said after hearing shinta ask daidara for knives

"If not I can get by," Shinta placed a hand in his pocket, "but I'd rather...how 'bout it old man?"

"Eh." daidara said as he scratched his bald head. "All I got now is this Hunting Nata. It'll run ya 6,000 yen kido" he said as he handed it to Syn to try out

"Thanks Daidara." Rai said as he streched, "Heres the money." he paused, "We good now?"

Shinta took the knife by the handle and examined the blade. After a few twirls and tosses, Shinta reached into his pocket "6000 huh? Seems worth it."

"Thank you" Daidara said to Rai and Shinta as he took their money. "If you ever have any seemingly useless materials, bring em to me. Who knows, I may be able to make better weapons for you guys. Now that I know the type you all like, I'll see that I have a better selection for them next time"
