Bleach RP?

I think this idea has been knocked around a few times. How many people would be actually interested in doing this?

I think if we were going to do it, we'd have to completely detach ourselves from the current plot/characters. Meaning an entirely different time.

Also, to prevent abuse, no one would be above Vice Captain level. And yes. You'd all be Shinigami. At least for now. No arrancar bullshit. At least not yet.

Also, this will help to avoid spoilers if we separate from the current plot.

when you say below vice captain level does that also mean reiatsu level like ikkaku and kenpachi

Well, Kenpachi is not a Vice captain or lower, now is he?

And Ikkaku has a bankai. So no in his case as well.

Yumichika is probably a better example of what we're going for. Hisagi, Kira, etc etc.

Mind you, no one needs to be as fail as Renji.

We'd have to figure out what we're gonna do too. I mean, depending on how many people join in. We only have 13 spots for Vice Captains. And we'd have all the VC join in on missions and stuff? A little odd...

There's always seated officers. Subtracting the Captains and Vice-Captains there's 18 seats per squad. Although I doubt anyone will pick the fourth squad.

I'm thinking I'm going to end up assigning people squads. Rather then having them pick themselves. It's not like it's that big a deal really.

I may even assign squad seats too. Of course, it would really just be between 2nd and 3rd maybe one person for 4th in some squad. But everyone would be generally the same level of strength.

I see. So when do we sign up?

Hmmmm.....I might join, but probably not. I'd have to think about it. I love Bleach, but I'm not as into it as I used to.

Though I designed my own Zanpakto, Shikai, Bankai and all that along time ago..oh well.

I'll come up with a list of details and requirements for what you need as far as info and stuff sometime this week.

I'm thinking that we focus on those 4 main aspects that Youruichi talked about that one time: Kido, Hand to Hand, Sword techniques, and flash steps. You can be good in two, average in another, and crappy in one.

This sounds kinda interesting if we get enough people.

I think what we're gonna do is have it take place long before the current plot. So most of the captain spots will be empty. Ukitake, Kyoraku, Unohana, and Yammamoto will be captains. And Yammamoto's nameless faceless useless VC will be there too. And they will be NPCs.

Description: Slightly less than average height, Yahiko looks about 15 (which in the world of Bleach apparently translates to 18) has messy black hair and brown eyes. He wears a red scarf along with his shihakushou much like Byakuya, although Yahiko's scarf is much more tattered and ragged. He wears his sword on his back when not on duty but when he's about to fight he has it on his waist, something he's often criticized for.
A rather lazy and sometimes scatterbrained individual. He uses an archaic speech pattern that usually throws people off when they first meet. He enjoys board games and watching the clouds. He also has a fondness for music and is told he has a habit of whistling or humming whatever music is popular in the Living World when he gets back. Is a self proclaimed ninja and samurai otaku enthusiast, which some feel is the reason behind his speech and mannerisms.

Preferred squad to belong to: 2 or 8.

If you want we could have this set in the Turn Back the Pendulum times if you wanna fill in some the captain spots (were 10 or 11 ever revealed?). Plus we'd already have the ending set up.

Lol. Just a little Jasdevi. Though, I like your system for the battle data. I think that works. You have 360 points to distribute, and you can divide it along those traits. No trait can go over 100.

Brief description:

Got it from the databooks actually. The captains are around the 400-500 range except for Kenpachi who has 390, mainly because offense can't go above 100.

So no making a character thats captain rank, any other ranks we can't be?

Just no Captain class. Vice-captain or lower is fine.

Trust me I don't. Actually considering how I've set up my zanpakutou's pesonality...it'd probably end up like Yumichika.
