I mean, I get that they have it, but for the people that actually get it, it's a little like....

I mean, I'd be sickened by someone playing Persona on hardcore with nothing but the starting persona and no teammates.

Its been done. And i plan to do it myself.

I wish it was like the awards you get for ps3 games and instead of avatars you get themes of characters

So i love how I accidentally killed a teammate and it was instant boot when he saw me throwing the grenades.

Well just finished playing the campign and personally I thought that it was their second best one, just behind Halo CE. The only thing that seemed flawed in my mind was the fact that the weapon selection was way more limited than that of 2 or 3 but had a bit more choice than 1. The revamped AI was great, killing elites was more of a pain in the ass than ever.

...this was the best AI in the series?

I was playing today, and one of the soldiers got stuck with a grenade, so he dodge rolled right next to my only other ally, exploding and killing them both.

What? Did they bash their heads against rocks in the first one?

Sorry forgot to mention enemy AI, ally AI is still like a sack of rocks.

Oh. Yeah. The enemy AI is great. The Elites are fucking annoying as shit.

Hell, the grunts know how to flank. And since the ally AI is shit, I have no cover, so I get blindsided by grunts who all shoot me at once. Then I panic, try to find cover, exposing myself to the 3 elites in front of me, who finish me off.

Yeah something similar happened to me with brutes during The Pillar of Autumn level, a bunch drop in and kick my ass, so I use the drop shield to restore health and recharge shields but the smart bastards actually pursue unlike their halo 3 equivalent of just watching me until the shield dropped.

Friendly AI is terrible in any game I noticed.

Not in Fallout 3. It's just a shame that all the non-companions suffer from brittle bone disease.

Melty Blood Actress again has good AI
FF13 has pretty good AI
Birth By Sleep has decent AI

BBS AI is a godsend. Mickey and Zack are aggressive. Herc sucks. Stitch is alright

I only had Zack once, and i was busy having to watch herc's pathetic ass.

Mass Effect has competent AI.
