I'm gonna sound like a jerk, but you can't really say I'm wrong.
Valve is filled with a LOT of nerds. And I don't mean the candy.
That one guy had a hand drawn Sailor Moon picture. I sincerely hope that was done by a little kid relative or something.
Anyway, despite that, Valve at least seems like they would be pretty chill to work for. But i would still apply to Atlus or Bioware first.
