Maeko turned to Toshiyuki and aimed her harpoon at him again. "...How do you know about that?"

"Haha. Same way I'm able to speak to you in your head. If I could contact you from anywhere, whose to say I can't see what's going on as well? I've spent quite some time honing my skills." He laughed, gesturing with his hands.

"How do you....So what do you want?" Maeko asked, cutting to the chase.

"I want what you want. To stop the people behind the murders." He said.

"..And what's your motive for wanting to stop them?" Maeko asked, keeping a cautious eye on him.

"Isn't it enough that they're attempting to murder people?" He spread his arms, and leaned back.

"...I guess.." Maeko replied, lowering her harpoon. "So why did you contact me?"

"Because. Most of the members in your group aren't very easy to deal with." He crossed his arms. "I'm sure you noticed. Most of them wouldn't believe my good intentions. However, I couldn't just come out in the open and state my case. Even if only a few didn't believe me, they would still swarm me, and I'd be done in an instant. Instead....I chose you to be my voice. You are of course...perfect...for the part." He smiled more.

"...P-perfect?" Maeko mumbled, blushing a bit. She stopped and shook her head. She aimed her harpoon at him again.

"Maeko...There's another reason." Toshiyuki stood, slowly walking toward her, a sincere look on his face. "No one seems to understand you...but I..." He placed his hand on the tip of her harpoon. "I admire you." He smiled sweetly at her.

"..!!" Maeko stepped back. She kept her harpoon pointed at him, her hands were shaking. "W-what do you mean? How do I know that for sure..?"

He simply grinned, pushed the harpoon aside and gently kissed her.

"!!" She blushed and jumped back, she fired her harpoon at him. She hit the ground between his feet. "What the hell do you think you're doing!?" Maeko yelled.

He looked right into her eyes, smiling. "I told you, I admire you. How else was I to prove it? But.." He pulled the harpoon out of the ground and walked up to her, handing the blade to her. "Back to business."

"..." She used the harpoon's wire function to retract the blade back, snatching it out of his hands. Her knees shook, avoiding eye contact with him. "What?" She growled.

"You're cute when your mad." He smiled "As I said, business. I've come across the knowledge that someone will be thrown into the television soon. When that time comes, I will have a direct link to your battle. I will watch, observe, and help when I can. All I ask, is that you keep an eye out for tactics your team may utilize. That way, I can make use of their abilities to their full potential."

"...A-alright. But, I've never been in a real battle with my persona before..." Maeko shamefully admitted. "My team..?"

"Well we have the week off. Im gonna go get groceries to stock the house with food. Kentaro come help me." he said. "So we can discuss that."

"That's fine. With me assisting you, you'll be like a pro. Here." He offered his hand. "I can lend you some of my power as well. It'll also allow us to synchronize better. You'll be a natural in no time."

"..." Maeko put her harpoon at her side, she held up her hand. She hesitated. "...I guess I should..It could help..." She grabbed his hand and shook it.

"Yeah sure." kentaro follows Masuyo outside.

"So did you read it yet?"

"No sorry, my phone died after talking to Shinta. Its on emergency power now so could you just tell me?" he asked as they walked down the street

"Hey!" Shinta called to Dahni, "Morning."

"Good." Toshiyuki squeezed her hand. She felt a jolt go through her. "You may feel light headed. Maybe even pass out, but you'll wake up feeling much stronger. As for me...I'm going to take my leave." He let go of her hand, and began walking away.

"Hmm? Oh hey Shinta-san!" She bowed. "How are you this morning?"

"I'm doing alright," Shinta turned to Karin who continued walking, "Aren't you at least gonna say hi?"

"Oh, sorry about that," Karin said as if snapping back to reality, "I've just had some things on my mind. I'll see you guys inside." Karin quickly entered the building.
