Fallout RP

So, I've noticed that all our really popular RPs are based off of Japanese stuff. Reborn, Persona, Vesperia, Devil Survivor, etc etc. But we don't really have a decent shootem up rp going. So I thought: "Hey, why not?"
And I know a lot of people don't play Fallout here, but I was wondering if people had enough interest in it to do an rp on it. I have a basic idea for a decent plot, and basic mechanics for character structure, but I didn't want to work too hard at it if there weren't enough support for it.
Anyone interested enough to do it? I'd like to get at least 4 people on board. Including myself.

Maybe some people relatively new to RPing too?

I would since I played through it and the some of the old ones as well, also I was thinking of doing an RP where you could be anything really only to a limit of course, I would take all our stories and have us channel all us of together

I thought of mine before yours and yours is a bit different since its different dimensions and mine is just the 1 universe, but besides that its similar in many ways. Also what kind would you be doing lyle? like what part of the world? is it going to be in the same ones as the other fallouts or are you going to place it in a different place and make new/use old characters from the other fallout games.

Im not gonna argue about who had the idea first since there's no good way to prove it, but I really don't see you running an rp Kiba and that's all I'm gonna say on the subject since this isn't the place.

As for fallout as stated ive never played it but ive had the premise explained to me by someone who has and my question is would we be starting at the beginning from when those vault thingies are first opened, a little bit before, or way after like in the recent games?

Well, pretty much all you would need to know is the setting and everything. I would explain how you build your character, and use the system from the current games.

It would probably be set in Nevada. Since I don't think the Fallout games have touched upon that too much, (Except Las Vegas) and it would allow us to incorporate all the factions around there, the B.O.S., NCR, Caesar's Legion, Super Mutants, Enclave, etc.

I was thinking we would all end up starting by all of our characters coming to one town for their own reasons, and then get involved in the town being held up by raiders. Our characters would use our collective skills to take out the raiders one way or another, little do we know that the raider group was a small part of a larger scheme. Which would set up our plot.

Anyone else? So far I have Kiba, and a curious Red and Catbread.
And myself.

if we don't have more than just those 2 then we could just start it with 4 people, show everyone else how it would be handled with your setting and see if they will join. Its basically what happened with the persona rp

well of course we're gonna wait until devil survivor ends since I'm pretty sure the persona rp does not have a plan ending, or will have one for a long time

I don't think it's a matter of rps ending to keep another one from beginning. Besides Kiba, you're not even a part of the Devil Survivor RP, so what does it matter to you?

It's not like there's a limitation on how many rps you can join.

But yes, I'd like to wait till there's at least 4 people interested in it.

oh i can definitly do this even with the other rps but im sayin i wont do it with less than 5 people unless an rp ends.
