"Like how he's been battling the manifestations of people's id's for three days straight in a mirror dimension on the other side of a tv and the only reason he isn't dead is that a combination of special herbs and healing spells have stopped the bleeding? Hahaha yeah right! He just took a tumble down the stairs is that really so unbelievable?" Kentaro laughs and hands back the clipboard, as some hospital staff take stefan away on a stretcher.

"It was a personal industrial accident." Stefan said. "Doctor-patient confidentiality, right?"

"So whats up with you Shinta?" Masuyo asked him. "Your hawks are gone, and we're the two most likely to listen to you at this point." he said as Yomiko sat down next to him

Shinta chuckled weakly and replied, "I'd like to know that myself. To be honest I'm a little confused about the whole thing. It all seems so strange and unreal. I guess it's only natural though. I was just recently born after all."

".............What." Yomiko asked Shinta.

"OH GOD ITS LIKE TALES OF THE VOID!" Masuyo shouted. "YOU'RE ACTUALLY A SEVEN YEAR OLD CLONE!"

"Not exactly," Shinta chuckled, "but...how do I put this? I'm the Shinta you knew, the Shinta you fought, and all the other personalities...and at the same time I'm not. Think of it like the end of Tales to the Void."

"So you all became one person." Masuyo said crossing his legs. "Thats actually kinda cool."

"I never thought things from games or anime would happen in the real world." Yomiko said shaking her head.

"We go into TVs with magic demons and fight deranged versions of people. Thats definitely the plot of a video game right there." Masuyo said

"Yeah, a pretty fucked up one," Shinta replied, "but from what I've read, Yomi-cha...Asakura, fusion of alternate personalities is a viable cure for someone with my...condition. Albeit mine's a bit more...special. And that's what the others decided. On their own they were only fragments. Parts of me that I wannted to distance myself from at all costs, to the point where they took on lives of their own. In a sense it's like the TV didn't just make one Shadow, but multiple for each part of me I wanted to deny. Now they've all combined and, well, here I am."

"Hm. I can accept that." Yomiko said. "I'll just write it off as it was one of your other personalities pushing you to do whatever you did."

"Yeah. Only thing is we know Karin isn't gonna buy this." Masuyo said. "Or Stefan with his new little fling with her. Kinda sucks, I wanted to see you two together to be honest." he said sighing till he saw a light in his pocket. "What the hell?" he said reaching in to see his pants had dialed a number and the call had been active for the past three minutes. "AW SHIT!" he shouted.

"Who the hell is "Tits mc Jiggles"?" Yomiko asked looking at the name of the person the phone had called.

"..........." Masuyo ended the call.

"You've got to be kidding me." Yomiko said hitting her head on the wall.

"I assume its Rin-chan." Nene said, the only other tits mc jiggles could be Tsu-chan." she said laughing.

".........whats my name on your phone?" Yomiko demanded

"........Yomi?" Masuyo said plainly.

".........hurmph."

"WHAT!?"

"I dont get a nickname?" she said crossing her arms.

"I mean if you really want a derogatory nickname by all means!" he said editing his contacts list.

"NO NOT DEROGATORY GOD DAMMIT!" she shouted wrestling him for the phone

"Do I have one, or does 'Shinta' count?" joked Shinta before looking at Nene and Tsubasa, "Right...forgot you two were here. Um, long story short...Taka-cha...god...dammit Kazuki...Takano's not the only one who went nuts with a knife recently."

"..." Karin said nothing as she hung up her phone and let it charge.

"That reminds me, what did you mean by 'little fling?' I think Yomi mentioned it earlier but I wasn't paying attention to be honest."

"Well the night all this shit went down, I flipped a shit and hit Nene and ran out in the rain losing my mind. I actually blamed everything falling apart on you and almost came to kill you." Masuyo said chuckling nervously. "Aparently during that time Stefan went over to Karin's place and they got a little......."

"Intimate. Rather they almost did until Masuyo called Stefan because we both came down with something and he called for help before we both fainted." Yomiko said.

"Yeah. thats probably why Stefan is all on your back. He's probably gonna watch you when you're near Karin. ALOT." Masuyo said. "Kinda like one of my old friends who had the same problem. He was friends with a girl who was dating an obsessive over possessive guy who always wanted to be around if she was talking to anyone who wasnt him. Pretty sad guy to be honest. Anyways whats your plans for school next week? You going?"

"To be honest I have no idea," Shinta shrugged, "I figured I'd be dead by now so I didn't think that far ahead."

"........what about your house?" Masuyo asked. "Were you just gonna let it sit there and gather dust?"

Shinta turned away and replied, "I guess I just figured my folks'd work somethin' out. It didn't really seem to have anything to do with my main objective."

"And here I was expecting him to say "Oh, I leased it" or something" Yomiko said laughing

"Y-yeah...that would just be retared," Shinta laughed nervously before hanging his head in shame, "and exactly what I did. My mom was in Kyoto during the trip and I convinced her that I was moving in with a friend so..."

"Hmm...Well, aside from the physical wounds, I can't really pin down anything that's wrong with you." The doctor said, checking his medical board. "...That's certainly some kind of gunshot wound however....should I inform the proper authorities?"

"No...Honestly, er....My friend was trying out an air soft gun he just modded. ...Needless to say it was pretty effective." Stefan bluffed.

"...I don't exactly buy it, but you've been pretty adamant about not giving me details." The doctor flipped a few more pages. "As for your stomach issues and fever, I can't exactly pin down what's wrong..."

"Er. Really? No clues?"

"Nothing. Although I have seen it before. A young girl, age 9 or so. Nothing biologically wrong with her, but had a high fever. She nearly died, but managed to pull through. I don't suspect that you'll be in the same situation however. You're older, so your immune system is stronger, and you're still conscious. The poor girl was fading in and out of it. I'd like to keep you monitored though for the next week or so. Do you have a number for which I can reach your parents."

"...No." Stefan said. "My mother died when I was young, and my father is incarcerated.."

"I see. ...Do you have any guardian I can call?"

"Just me."

"Hmm...Well, one of our nurses will be checking in on you from time to time. If you need anything, or you feel you need medical attention, please use the call button. Be sure to drink your fluids and if you can, get some sleep. I'll be back to check on you myself in a few hours."

"Thanks doc." Stefan stared out the window.

Masuyo's mouth just hung open.

"Seriously?" Yomiko asked.

Shinta sheepishly replied, "Yeah, seriously."

"Hahahahaha!" Masuyo laughed. "Well where do you plan to live now?" he asked

"I didn't plan to live in the first place," Shinta muttered, "I'll figure somethin' out."

"Good god you sound like an emo faggot" Masuyo said.

"Why not live with uuuuuuuuuuuuuussssssss?" Nene said hugging Shinta

Shinta scowled as he shrugged off Nene, "Well it's the truth. Doesn't mean I feel that way now."

"If not then stay with us!" Nene said hugging Shinta again

"Yeah, I may as well," Shinta said with a sigh, "last thing I need is one more thing for Stefan to say we're similar over."
