"...That's none of your concern." Maeko replied coldly.

"Well Yomi-chan really has matured to be concerned for you. Before she wouldn't bother with anybody who behaves the way you do. I guess thats good for both of you." she said as she began to mop the floor. " *sigh* this is really tiresome. I'll have Masu-chan do it when he gets home."

"...What do you need help with?" She asked, looking around.

"Thats none of your concern." she said imitating Maeko's voice. She couldn't help but giggle at the end of it

Maeko crossed her arms and glared. "...Did you want help or not? Or did you just call me down here to mock me?"

"Who knows~?" Ms.Asakura said giggling and smiling.



"Eeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyy when are we gonna eaaaaaaaaaaaatttttt~" Nene whined.

"Maybe when the FOOD IS DONE!!!!!!" Yomiko shouted. "Shit you arent even helping! Don't complain!"

"Waaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh" Nene whined

"......Ne-chan.......*sigh*." Tsubasa said shaking her head

"Che, barges into someone's home then complains like that," Karin sighed sitting on the couch, "But..."

"It's not so bad, is it," Karin's grandmother said taking a seat next to her, "having a lively house once in a while? You've been in a sour mood ever since the hospital, so why don't you join your friends and be happy?"

Karin smiled and stood up. "Yeah. You might be right about that," she said making her way to the kitchen, "Alright! If anything needs choppin' leave it to me!"

Everyone stood back in horror at Karin's words.

"RUN SHINTA I'LL BUY YOU TIME!!!" Masuyo shouted standing infront of Karin. "Use my stash well! Dont let it go to waste!" he shouted dramatically.

"........I.....think she means food." Tsubasa said frowning.

"Yeah........im pretty sure she meant she wants to help cut the meat." Rise said handing Karin a knife.

"SHES ARMED!" Yomiko shouted jokingly.

"Hahahahaha!" Masuyo laughed. "I love this group." he said slapping his knees

Karin laughed nervously, C'mon, just smile and take it. Not like you didn't walk right into that. Shinta coughed into his fist and said, "Anyway. Glad you could join us."

"Well it was either you or the old lady." Karin joked.

"You mean 'the old lady that still has perfect hearing!'" both Karin and Shinta jumped at the shout coming from the living room.

"Ok that was scary. You sure your old lady didn't run a gang or two in her prime?" Masuyo asked Karin.

"That...may be possible." Karin shuddered at the thought.

"Would explain the gun at least," Shinta said wincing as he finished his sentence, "...Sorry. I didn't-"

Karin "It's fine. It's fine. It's all...so where's the meat?" Karin began chopping the meat with great intensity.

Everyone stood back with real fear this time.

"Im gonna.........yeah." Masuyo said

"I dunno what that is but im gonna join you." Nene said.

"You know what I think im in the mood to "yeah" too!" Yomiko said.

"I'll think I'll stay out of the way and let the women do the cooking." he says moving to the living room. "And I'm not being sexist!" he calls out behind him "Karin's already chopping and I only know how to do one thing with fire."

"I don't think you would would appreciate me blowing up the kitchen, would you Ba-chan?" he says plopping down on the couch across from Karin's grandmother. He sighs and leans his head back.

"No I doubt I would," Karin's grandmother chuckled, "What's wrong? You seem on edge."

"Dammit again...." Stefan found himself walking around the town again, not able to sleep. "....This day has been so messed up...."

"Same old, same old. I'm a socially awkward teenager, suffering from egoistic and nihilistic tendencies all wrapped up in a ball of self denial... This is the part where you offer sagely advice gleaned from your many years on this cruel yet wonderful planet setting me back on the correct path towards self-fulfillment. However, since I'm already aware of this fact you'll probably surprise me by telling me angrily to quit my bitching and that there is no meaning to life except arthritis, thieving retirement programs and luke-warm beer. Hey you know what? You're right! Thanks Ba-chan you really set me straight! I'm gonna live life to the fullest and do my best to make many friends that I can cherish forever!" Kentaro says smiling sarcastically. He sinks back into his seat and and looks up at the ceiling sighing. "...Tch! ....fuckit..."

Maeko sighed and rolled her eyes. She grabbed a second mop and began helping Ms. Asakura out.

"You don't believe you belong with them do you?" A voice rang in Kentaro's head. "No need to answer. Just...listen..."

"HEY KENTARO GET YER ASS IN HERE!!!!!!!" Rise shouted.

"That was kinda......mean?" Masuyo asked

"Ah no thats how I always get his attention when he works on staff~" Rise said innocently while smiling.

"...........is that so......." Yomiko said

"YES BOSS!" Kentaro appears in the kitchen instantly at attention, all mysterious voices forgotten due to Rise's summons "Aww shit I thought I shook that habit" he say shaking himself out of a daze "I mean, what do you need Rise-chan?"

"Karin is cutting the meat. Cut the veggies please." she said smiling

"It looks like shes a devil to him......" Nene said stunned.

"....I wonder if I can get like this to Masuyo......" Yomiko wondered outloud.

"HELL NO!" he shouted back

"Sliced, diced, or julienned?" kentaro asks twirling the knife dangerously. "I may not cook but the prep work is just another form of dismantling things, and that's where I shine."

"Slice everything but the garlic. Dice that." Rise said.

"So are you on hiatus again now that school is back in session?" Yomiko asked Rise.

"Obviously. I cant let my studies fall because im an Idol." Rise replied.

"But everyone already assumes idols are airheaded emptyminded idiots to begin with who only get by with their looks." Nene said. "At least thats how the girls I knew thought.

"Thats so cruel........" Tsubasa said frowning

"They're just idiots. Like that chick earlier." Masuyo said.

"Yeah about that, I heard you took a chair to her head." Rise said.

"Yeah...........I kinda flip when people badmouth people I care about y'know?" he said looking away ashamed

"Hm. Well at least you showed that you're more than a rabid fan." Rise said smiling.

"R-really!?" Masuyo shouted, light radiating from his face from happiness.

"yeah, though not gonna lie, you're pretty rabid when you enter fanboy mode." Rise said chuckling.

"Now that I remember you DID say that you'd trample crippled girls and pregnant women to see her......" Yomiko added at the end.

"...............What." Rise said disturbed.

".........Look...........you see well.......fuckit not even gonna try." Masuyo said as he began to make lemonade

Maeko sighed. "Hmm...now what?" She asked Ms. Asakura

"I thought it was 'trample babies and knock over cripples,'" Shinta shrugged, "then again he may just be mixing it up each time."
