My play through of Vesperia

Yeah so I thought of making a tread where I state my progress in the game and state my opinion of it

Well to start off the game and I hear that Yuri is voiced by Troy Baker, so already this game is off to a great start. I was a little disappointed though that rather than having character portraits it’s just speech bubbles with the character models (persona spoiled me :P). But I was glad to find out there are character portraits during the small “what’s the party thinking/up to” scenes. So anyway after some running around I get into the first battle. The battle music is really good I will probley never tire of hearing it. Anyway on to the battle system I really like it, battles are fast and very fun.

So then after I win the tutorial fight Yuri gets captured, he breaks out then I get into a fight with the assassin guy (I am going to fight this guy like 5 more time aren’t I). Boss fight was pretty easy. Then I get a new party member . And the win quotes are some of the best win quotes I have heard “yeah I beat you into next week.”

“next week but is that even possible?”

“ughhh never mind” LOL

So then the party leaves the city and I head to the next town, then I get a kind of confusing tutorial on weapon skills I did not get it at first but I eventually get it and learn it is similar to FF9’s learning skills through weapons.

So anyway back to the plot I claim a guard tower and then hear a guy monologing about humanity or something like that, and I figure that this guy is probley going to wind up being the main villain. Anyway then I get the next party member Karol and we then save the tree. We then head off to the magic city and get Rita. So I then clear the ruins dungeon and we then move along.

Then we move on to go to that port city where Flynn is. And during our way there I lose to one boss several time. But I eventually win after five tries.

So I have not gotten all that far but I have been enjoying the game a lot. My Brother has enjoyed it a lot too, he is even farther than me in the game -_-

Fuck Gatsuo on not normal on the 360/Normal on the PS3 version

FUCKING GATSUO he was like the only boss in Vesperia that I lost to, well other then the final boss but that's a whole other story.

yeah that was him, he can go die in hell I hated that guy. But what aggravates me even more is my brother beat him ON HIS FIRST TRY. Also the party said it was a easy fight. NO GUYS IT WAS NOT EASY.

Also Kilvas I meant fuck him on Hard and above on the 360, and fuck him on ANYTHING that isnt easy mode on the PS3 version(japanese difficulties/stats are higher)
