Second Star, both of which are obtained automatically in the story.



Sub-Events
----------
Shining Eagle:
Part of the Dark Enforcer costume side-quest. When you first arrive at Capua
Torim, sleep at the inn for an event. Next, after you get the boat, complete
the event for learning Tiger Blade. The last step is to speak to an excited
couple at the southern end of Nordopolica, and then sleep at the inn there to
finally learn this.

If you missed the event from sleeping at the Capua Torim inn, the couple will
never show up. However, it's still possible to learn Shining Eagle by winning
the 100 man melee with Yuri after gaining the Hunting Blades' invitation.

Tiger Blade:
Part of the Dark Enforcer costume side-quest. After you get the boat, go to
the Royal Quarter in Zaphias and speak to a man named Shel. Speak to him
again on the street to the west. After speaking to him the second time, go
down to the Public Quarter and speak to a woman on a bench to learn Tiger
Blade. I don't believe this part of the side-quest has a prerequisite or a
deadline.

Final Gale:
Near the end of the game, just return to Aurnion and speak with Flynn.

timing's very difficult.

Astion:
Late in the game, go to the elder's house in Myorzo and examine the stone slab
behind the large table for two separate events (the other one being for
Judith's Sundering Moon). Afterwards, speak to a Krityan who will either be
in Aspio or Deidon Hold.

Force Field:
Part of a side-quest chain in Halure. Late in the game, after a few events
from speaking to Halure's elder or kids near the tree, approaching the tree
will trigger an event where you learn this.

Mystic Arte:
Late in the game, go to Heliord and speak with someone near the center
blastia, then follow through with the event to learn the Special skill. The
first time you use Repede's mystic arte, it will be called "????" - watch the
skit afterwards for it to gains its name.

Shining Fang:
Near the end of the game, go to Aurnion and speak with Flynn for an event
involving Repede. Afterwards, go the the King of Adventure (the traveling
inn) north of Halure and sleep there for the event.

Negative Gate:
In the second half of the game, go to Aspio and examine one of the shelves in
the library. Afterwards, sleep at the inn at Capua Torim. If you missed the
first part, then near the end of the game you can speak to a mage inside the
Capua Torim inn, and then rest there to learn it.

Meteor Storm:
Late in the game, head to the center of Aspio for an event. Sleep at inns a
few times, and return there to learn Meteor Storm. If you miss those, you can
do the same events later on near the tree in Halure.

After you get the boat, go to Halure and speak to a man (Sicily) near the inn.

Vanji Lost:
There are three separate events needed for this, and at least the first part
is missable.

1) After SM 12 but before Myorzo, or after SM 16 but before completing Zaude,
go to the Union Headquarters in Dahngrest for an event, then to the
Fortune's Market Headquarters in Torim for an event with Kaufman.

2) After SM 18, go to the Public Quarter in Zaphias and speak with Leblanc to
gain a costume title for Raven.

3) At any point after SM 21, set Raven as the on-screen character with the
costume equipped, and go to Aurnion. Speak to Drake near the monument at
the center of town to finally learn Vanji Lost.

Moonlight Talon:
When you first get to Mantaic, sleep at the inn for the event where you learn
this. Later on the event won't trigger, but you can still learn Moonlight
Talon by completing the 100 man melee with the Hunting Blades' invitation.

Sundering Moon:
Late in the game, go to the elder's house in Myorzo and examine the stone slab
behind the large table for two separate events (the other one being for
Estelle's Astion). Near the end of the game, head to the half-way save point
in Mt. Temza for another event where you learn this.

Info: Forces downed enemies to stand. Usable in mid-air by default.

Moonlight Havoc

2-3 hits - FS: Red - TP: 7
Info: After 200 uses, becomes usable in mid-air and gains a 3rd hit at
extremely close range. Downs the enemy when used in mid-air.

New Moon Blade

count. After 200 uses, forces downed enemies to stand. Usable in mid-air by

Moonlight Blast

Info: Downs the enemy. After 200 uses, hold the Artes button in air to add
a second hit, or hold the Artes button + Down to add a 3rd hit that kicks the
enemy to the ground. After 300 uses, with the Deck Brush and Glamorous Maid
costume equipped, using this on the ground does the joke arte Brush Spear.
You can also hold Attack + Artes + Guard to do the Mind of Brush extension.

Luna Storm
