Persona 4 RP Phase 2

The dog unfortunately bounced off the block of ice and made a smooth landing from it. It looked very unhappy with Masuyo but still let out a happy bark towards him. After that, the dog howls and lights the next pathway the party takes to get to the mini stadium.

"This is annoying already. Is this whole thing run by dogs or something?" Yomiko said tapping her foot.

"Dogs and a really fucking irritating voice who is way too enthusiastic." Masuyo said rolling his eyes.

"Well.........the dogs I dont mind, I assume it has something to do with his Neurosis but the voice is a little too enthusiastic i'll admit." Hideyoshi said.

"What're you doing here?" Yomiko asked.

"Well, I want to help you guys obviously. Thats about it." he said with a shrug.

"Well, straight to the point beats beating around the bush." Yomiko said as she stared at Hideyoshi. "Lets just get moving." she said as they all pressed on.

"Hmm. I know the midnight channel isn't the most sensible place, but even this place seems a little odd. An arena run by dogs? I know it's gotta be symbolic for something, but what?" Rodrigo said, thinking out loud.

So the party walks down the lighted pathway and reaches small gate leading to the mini stadium. The stadium was mid sized, sorta resembling a mini coliseum. It had torches in each corner that burned brightly. In the middle of the stadium stood a spiral staircase leading to a mid sized platform that looked as if it was floating in midair without support. The stadium almost had a temple like feel to it. The party begins the walk up the spiral staircase to investigate.

"Still no sign of him. How deep in here is this guy?" wondered Karin aloud.

Shinta replied, "We'll just have to keep going, won't we?" Shinta crossed his arms in thought. I'm more concerned with why this guy's in.

The party reaches the top of the staircase leading to the float-like platform. The platform is decorated very nicely. A huge glowing boxing glove is decorated in the middle of the platform. Then all of the sudden, the shadow made an appearance! "Hey guys... it's been a bit since i've seen you guys! I hope the show hasn't been too much for ya cuz theres much more for you to see. I hope you enjoyed the dogs company...kinda surprised they were nice to ya though." The shadows says with sort of a distressed look. "But its ok...the show STILL goes on! So, heres the next big thing...LIGHTS!" The shadow shouts as a huge humanoid falls from the sky and lands on the platform. It looks like a boxer but pretty tall and bulky. Wearing some sort of a leather armored tank top and metal headgear and glowing blue eyes and titanium boots. The shadow began to get in a stance ready to a out of nowhere...the flames on the torches get even brighter and wall surrounds the party preventing escape! "Did I forget to mention you guys are also part of the show as well? A few people sorta "dropped out", so I needed more people to fill in to make the show even better. Now...lets see what our NEW entrants have to show us!!!" The shadow says mockingly.

"A boxer huh..." Rodrigo smirked, eyeing the shadow and the ring. "This brings back memories."

Maeko said nothing as she summoned Isis and held up her harpoon, taking a battle stance.

Karin hastily got in a fighting position, "Just what does he mean 'dropped out?'"

"I think we all know the answer to that." Maeko replied, glanceing over to Karin, but keeping her attention directed at the humanoid boxer.

"Everybody is waiting guys, soooooo...lets SHOW N TELL!!" The shadow announces as he vanishes in thin air. However the shadow begins to power up in stance(Auto-Sukukaja) and the party must fight. The shadow lets out a roar that fills through the stadium and picks his first target which happens to be Maeko and begins dashing towards her at a fast speed.

"Watch out!" Shinta warned as he summoned Lucifer, who froze a portion of the floor to trip up the Shadow.

"!!" Maeko took a step back. "Bufudyne!" Isis summoned multiple large ice pillars lined up in front of her to form a wall from the attack.

To much amazement, the shadow use the ice as faster movement and prepares itself for any incoming attacks. The shadow then proceeds to jab the wall and uppercut Maeko.

"Well then........shall we?" Yomiko said looking at Masuyo.

"Lets give it a shot." he said looking at the shadow's opening after uppercutting Maeko. "Dont blame me if this goes wrong!"

"Masukukaja!" she shouted as she increased everyone's speed.

"And now......." Masuyo said as he began to speed around the shadow in circles. "Aaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggiiiiiiiiiiiiiidddddddyyyyyyyyynnnnneeeeee!!!!" he said looping around the shadow as he created a flaming twister.

"Woah there." Hideyoshi said as he leaped up and caught Maeko to prevent her from falling onto the ground. "You alright?"

"Rgh!!" Maeko was flung back and caught by Hideyoshi. She looked up at him. "...I-I'm fine. Thank you." Maeko replied, turning away. She winced as she stood back up, "Tetrakarn!" Isis formed a clear barrier around the group as she took another offensive stance.

Shinta whistled, "Not bad, Masu. Now then, Lucifer!" Lucifer appeared and let loose a roar as it dove into the eye of the flaming tornado, "Brave Blade." Shinta said calmly as Lucifer gave a fast strike to the Shadow with his claws.

While the flaming tornado did do some damage to the shadow, it was not strong enough. While not phased, the shadow sees Lucifer and counters its claw strike, delivering a hard straight punch to knock it away. The flaming tornado is put out due to how hard lucifer was knocked away. The shadow begins to flex at the party, indicating use of its Heat Riser ability and begins to taunt Masuyo as if wanting him to come towards it.

"You WANT to get fucked!?" Masuyo shouted as he began to charge the shadow. "Time for-nwyyarogghh!" he grunted as he felt a strong force on his shoulders

"My turn." Yomiko said as she used Masuyo as a spring to launch herself at the shadow. She swung her leg and kicked it in its right jaw. She then planted her left hand onto the ground to keep her legs in the air and delivered four more kicks to the shadow's face.

The shadow took the kicks to face and was knocked back a bit. The shadow began to look at Yomiko, as if demanding more from her. But out of retaliation, the shadow dashes toward Masuyo and uses a huge uppercut, following up with Cruel Attack on Yomiko.

"Oh hey what the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaurgh!" Masuyo shouted as he was punched into the air. He slammed against the ceiling and fell smack dab onto the floor and became motionless.

"Oh shi-WOAH!" Yomiko said as she braced herself to be hit only to be moved aside by something."

"This is ridiculous." Hideyoshi said as he shoved Yomiko out of the way and took the hit completely. He was knocked back and was nearly sent through a wall. "Nngh.....regardless.......this still really hurts....." he muttered to himself as he grit his teeth.

"

"Tap out buddy." Rodrigo gave a two finger salute to Hideyoshi, before running toward the shadow, doing a slide on the ice from Shinta's attack from earlier, grabbing a hold of the Shadow's leg, and thrusting it upwards with his body in an attempt to get it to fall over forward.

The shadow manages to fall forward from Rodrigos attack. The shadow is now trying to recover the attack by using deathbound on the party!

"quick! Before it gets back up, lets smash it to bits!" A pumped Rodrigo called.

"Hm!" Maeko nodded to Rodrigo. "Tetrakarn! Mediarahan!" Isis waved her arm, sheilding the group from the next incoming physical attack, then right after healed the partys wounds. Maeko hunched over a bit, starting to pant. This persona is much more exausting than Titania..still, I have to do what I can! Maeko aimed her harpoon at the downed shadow and fired.
