"Heh." Maeko quietly laughed to herself as she began eating. "To be honest..it's nice to have something that isnt fish for once.."

Kitao finished chewing some down, "But fish is so gooooood! I'd love me some seafood right about now!" He looked at his beef bowl disappointingly. "Mannnnnnn, now I wish this was fish..." He shrugged, "Oh well, least it's free." He started to chow down again.

"If you want fish then just come to the apartment. We have a freezer full of em at this point." Masuyo said.

"So many that auntie is thinking of selling some of it." Yomiko said with a laugh.

"Ah.." That's my profit.. Maeko continued to eat quietly, secretly enjoying the company of the others, save Stefan. "So what's next then?" She asked.

"I dunno." Yomiko said. "Though I do remember auntie saying that you'd get majority of the money made for it. And if it gave good profits she'd even back you up in getting new gear. Besides the rod itself.......for obvious reasons."

"NOW. WE REHEARSE." Nene said as she appeared inbetween Stefan and Rodrigo from under the table.

"..............when did you even get here?" Yomiko asked her.

"Around the part when Rodrigo said something about treating everyone!" she said happily. "Anyways! I COME BEARING NEWS FOR THE PLAY!"




"You have a pet dog?" Chiaki asked Dakichi. "Hmm.....can I see it?" she asked

"Oh man, We could start a sushi stand or something like that!" Kitao said getting all excited, "Maybe a fish place in general! I LOVE cooking with fish!" He chuckled and then looked at Nene. "So what we got? A big extravagant show that will impress even royalty?"

Good to know he's a fan of fish. Maeko thought glancing at Kitao. "Ah..I need to thank her then." She replied to Yomiko quietly. "...Play?" Maeko turned in disgust to Nene.

"Oh yeah. So we have to put on a children's play for big ol Banchou's students-" Nene started

"Wait wait wait wait wait. That THING is a TEACHER?" Masuyo said cutting Nene off.

"........yeaaaaaaah." Nene said. "Anyways, we have to put on a play for his students, and if we fail Yomi gets shipped back home!"

"......." Yomiko quietly ate her food.

"Why." Masuyo asked.

"Cause my mom is a bitch. Thats why." Yomiko said scowling

"Oh God I hate kids..." Maeko mumbled quietly, sulking to herself. "Too noisy.." She hung her head, glaring at her food.

"Alright but what about the play itself?" Kitao began then started to barrage Nene with questions, "Like, What play are we doing? Plus what's the set up? Where is it in the first place? How many are we showing for? When can we get a look at the set?"

"About the set......." Nene started.

"There is none." Yomiko said. She then sighed. "Its okay you guys dont have to bother with doing this, going home wont kill me."

"Fuck that. I'll put on a one man show if I need to to keep you in inaba." Masuyo said sitting his chopsticks down. "So about the set......" he looked over at Kitao.

"We need you here, if only for the whole Mikako mess." Maeko said, trying to come off as friendly as possible.

"Well.......thanks?" Yomiko said to Maeko. Then again this isnt exactly her area of expertise

"Then you wont mind to hear that you're gonna be a princess in distress who needs to be kissed by one of the guys! ............Right?" Nene asked nervously to Maeko

He felt Masuyo's look, and looked at him kind of funny. Then he realized what he meant, "OH! Yea! I could probably come up with something. I would just need the supplies and some manpower and I could get it done in time."

Maeko froze. She glared blankly at Nene after her statement. After a few moments, she pulled her hat down over her face before slamming her head on the table, leaving it there. What...the..fuuuuckk..

"Sure Chiaki! Just follow me and I'lll show ya!" Daikichi said.

"...............Okay." Chiaki said awkwardly. A young man wants to show me his dog. And he wants me to follow him to show me it. I eavesdrop on the kinda crap Masu-chan and Yomi say way too much.



"Well we got the manpower thats for sure." Masuyo said. "But we also need actors right. For starters.....whos gonna be the brave soul to play the fearless prince to kiss princess Maeko?"

"Uhhh." He said awkwardly, "Well Maeko already seems down for the count." He chuckled awkwardly again, "And I assumed we were gonna be the actors too. I know I'm good with over dramatizing things so acting shouldn't be too hard for me."

"A-acting? L-like in front of people?" Karin stammered before eating her beef bowl at a more rapid pace. There's no way. There's no way I can do it!

"well, I'll give it a try." Stefan said. "dunno if i should be the make lead though. ....although, I'm wondering what exactly you were doing down there nene..."

"hmmm. I wouldn't mind being the lead. However it may be a bit inappropriate. And i always get type casted as the large grunt villain." Rodrigo added, leaving Stefan's question forgotten.

Karin chuckled, "Kinda funny considering how you looked when we first met."

"I'm far more handsome than you could have possibly imagined from that." Rodrigo grinned with a thumbs up.

"....moving on from that, what other roles are there?" Stefan inquired..

Maeko banged her head on the table again, her hat still covering her face. After sulking for a few more moments she sat back up and adjusted her hat, a red mark on her forehead. "Siiiigh...if it means keeping the group together..." "..I'll do it." Maeko mumbled, nearly inaudible.

Kitao patted Maeko on the back, "It's not gonna be as bad as you think it will be. It'll only be painful if YOU make it painful. Try to have fun with it."

"I cant be the prince. If I kiss Maeko thats cheating on Yomi." Masuyo said. "I am willing to be EVERY messenger or guy who has two lines only to scream bloody murder as he dies. Ive always wanted to be in those kinda roles."

"Whats the play anywho?" Yomiko asked.

"Romeo and Juliet." Nene said.

"VIOLENT. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS" Masuyo asked.

"A violent play for Kids?" Yomiko asked.

"I think its some kinda thing to teach them how violence is bad." Nene said
