Upon rewatching, I have seen that Litchi has NOT had a damage nerf. Maybe a buff actually. That or they haven't changed her damage, thus putting her on equal footing w/ the cast.

6D loop is basic pressure and won't take much nirvana meter
Generally carl's gatling has decent buff, in the case where nirvana is broken he can now hold on his own.

If they changed most of the JP voices then I don't see them not changing the EN ones.

They kept old voice clips though. If they didn't, the actors did a really good job of staying within their old voices.
