Main: Ragna, Hakumen
Sub: Jin, Taokaka, Litchi

Noel and Rachel are kidna there.

hey come one they can easy be countered i for one use Nu 13 and Nu's metagame works around keeping distance and in a way turtling but pressure can be put on someone if you know how to do it ...but most characters work from their drive ..ofc it can be spamable but its not like it cant be stopped.i punish noel spammers ....and Nu 13 spammers can get punished to ridiculous lengths
because she takes hits like a 13 yr old school girl
