The Pokemon Roleplay

Mike glared at Allen. "Yeah. That looks like union cave."

As Jenna was running ahead, out of nowhere, someone grabbed her arm. "Excuse me miss!" Said the man. "You look like a woman of fine class. How would you like to try one of the world's greatest delicacies?"

"This could be trouble." Allen said changing his attitude to serious looking at the man.

"What? H-hey! Let go!", Jenna barked as she pulled her arm away. Pichu woke up and started growling the the man, sparks coming from it's cheeks.

"Please, please miss. I am a simple vendor, I mean you no harm!" Said the man.

"What are you selling?" Mike asked.

"Why, the most finest delicacy in the world, my good man."

"And what may that be?", Jenna growled at him while rubbing her arm. Pichu continued growling.

"Why slowpoke tail, of course!" The man said enthusiasically. "Would you care to try?"

"....What?? A Slowpoke....tail? Eww...It's not a real slowpoke tail, is it?", Jenna asked in disgust. Pichu's tongue stuck out.

"Aren't those illegal, I heard unless bought from a legitmate vendor they are considered contraband." Allen said giving the man a probing stare.

"How much?" Mike asked folding his arms and looking curiously at the man.

"Why, this fine product can be yours for the low price of 10,000,000 dollars." Said the man.

"....Are you high?" Mike's eyebrow raised.

"10,000,000!? Who in their right mind would buy a poor Slowpokes tail for that much?! Or anything for that matter! You must've gotten dropped on your head as a child!", Jenna exploded at the man. Pichu got started and covered it's ears. Jenna turned away from the man and headed for the cave's entrance.

"...Well, you heard the lady. Buzz off." Mike waved goodbye and followed after Jenna.

"Hmph. Very well." The man left in the opposite direction, looking to bother other travelers.

"That idiot...he should be arrested...", Jenna mumbled as she approched the entrance to Union Cave. "So...heh, this is Union Cave..I hope I don't get lost..", Jenna laughed nervously as stared inside. Pichu rolled it's eyes and sighed.

"Well, just don't rush ahead and stick together. We should be fine. Okay? Just stay cool. Don't let that guy get to you." Mike said. He placed a calming hand on her shoulder.

"Hm? Oh...Ok..Thanks..", Jenna replied quietly as she giggled to herself. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!", Jenna said cheerfully as she started tugging on Mike's hand.

"What are you giggling about?" Mike scowled.

"Don't worry about it, Let's just focus on getting through thus cave.", Jenna replied smiling as she entered Union Cave.

"...Fine." Mike held onto a pokeball. "This place is known for Zubats and Geodudes. I assume that Pichu can handle the bats, I'll get Clamps on the Geodudes. It'll be good experience for him to."

"Yeah, maybe I can train Sabertooth a bit. Hmm, maybe. Anyway, Off we go!", Jenna annouced proudly as she marched deeper into the cave.

"Hey, wait...", Jenna stopped suddenly.

"What's wrong?" Mike asked.

Jenna turned to Mike. "Um...which way do we go?", Jenna asked laughing nervously.

Allen sighed to himself not believing that she had went into this cave not knowing where to go, "Well I've never been to Johto so I can't tell ya a thing about this cave."

"Ugh. Hmm..." Mike looked around. "Well, there's the first pond of the cave. This place is partially filled with water. As long as we stay at the side of it, we'll find our way to the narrow part of the cave. Stick by the lake."

"So if we follow the water, we'll find the way out eventually? Cool.", She turned and started walking, keeping an eye on the ceiling.

"...What are you looking at?" Mike asked. "...Nevermind. I'm enjoying the silence."

"I just feel a little uneasy in caves, I don't want a rock or something falling on my head. I'm looking out for Zubats too.", Jenna said, continuing to watch the ceiling.
