Persona 4 RP Story/Dungeon

"Persona or not," Shinta spoke up, his one open eye brimming with irritation, "I'm not gonna sit back and do nothing while this craziness is going on." Shinta twirled his knife between his fingers.

"Well just kinda stay close and don't wander off," Rai said as he looked for a way to start the train, "Fog is too thick for us to see much of anything," he paused, "Hmm I wonder if the train will move if we tell it to," he smiled thinking this method wouldn't work, "Take us to the two humans here," Rai said waiting to see something happen, suddenly the train came to life and began to move, "Well that's kinda different."

"Okay voice command trains? This world just got less fail" Masuyo said as he jumped back onto a seat

"Now we wait till it comes to a stop I guess?" Rai said sitting down on a bench.

The train came to a stop, surprisingly, at an actual train station.

...Except it appeared to have been bombed to oblivion. There wasn't a visible place inside that hadn't been burned to a crisp, the floor was covered in craters, and there was hardly any roof left.

For some reason, the sky appeared to be made up of dancing patterns of red and black. It lit the room with a creepy red glow.

In the distance could be heard the sounds of gunfire and bombs being dropped.

"Wow this place looks fun," Rai said scanning over the areas horizon.

The most brightly lit part of the ruined train station was the exit.

Also, there was a giant flashing red arrow pointing at it.

"A fucking warzone?" Masuyo groaned. "The hell"

"Well we all set to start looking for Kurou and Kishin?" Rai said looking at his friends.

"Yeah." Masuyo said. "ready as ever"

"Same here," Shinta stopped spinning his knife, "Let's do this."

"Okay then lets get moving, Shinta try and stay close to us I don't know how these shadows are gonna react." Rai said sensing a great many shadows within the area.

The group stepped out of the ruined station.

The outside looked just as bleak as the inside. The ground, the trees- everything was completely burnt.
The area in front of them was crisscrossed by several trenches that extended for as far as the eye could see to the left and right.
Straight ahead was a concrete bunker, which appeared to be the same one that appeared on the Midnight Channel.
Oddly enough, there was no actual war going on, though the sounds of the battle continued from all directions.

Also, Kishin was standing right in front of them.

".......Ehhhh......how the hell did Kishin just appear infront of us?" Masuyo said as he saw Kishin basically come out of a hole in the air or........SOMETHING

"What the heck...." Rai looked around then noticed Kishin standing there not looking himself. "Hey, what are you doing here...." he stopped, "....don't tell me your already a shadow."

"So that's a shadow, huh?" Shinta scratched his head as he squinted, "He looks kinda like the real thing. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I was kinda expecting something...bigger."

Kishin had apparently changed his outfit completely. He was wearing a complete set of military fatigues and a helmet that completely hid his eyes.
Also there was a lot of purple smoke coming off of him for some reason.

He stood at attention and saluted the group.
"Welcome. I've been waiting for a suitable opponent to show up. I mean to challenge you to a game, of sorts."

"Hmm... sounds interesting so whats the terms." Rai said as he watched the shadow carefully.

"Well, it just so happens that Shinta and I are game lovers! Bring it on! We'll kick the shit out of whatever game you throw at us!" Masuyo said full of confidence

"Well said. Here are my terms: cross the islands using the aquatic craft at the end of each island, in the bunkers like that one. If you can infiltrate my headquarters and reach me, you win. Does that sound fair? ...Although sadly, I can't play as Hakumen in this game."

"Sounds simple enough," Rai paused , "Any little secret rules or just get to your headquarters alive?"

"Yeah this sounds almost too simple," Shinta grew a perplexed look and rubbed his head.

"there's gotta be traps or something on the way" Masuyo added to syn's statement
