Persona 4 General Activity

"Booyah..."

Kurou removed the Cutlass from it's case and clenched his hand around his Persona card.

"I'm reasy for anything!"

"GO!" Masuyo yelled as the train started.

He was looking at a wall he just tagged, "Man, what's this thing missing..." This one was just a simple panda bear he decided to do. It was just the face and it was rather large. His arms were crossed and his bag was on the floor near him. He was hanging upside down off a railing near the train station. "Man and I thought I could do something special other than doing it upside down..." He flipped up onto the railing and sat on it. He grabbed his head shortly thereafter, "Head rush man... not cool!" He got up and decided to abandon the project for now. He threw the few cans, that were out, into his bag and got up to leave.

"Let's see..." A young girl with short red hair walked down the road, reading a small piece of paper. "This stuff seems pretty extravagant for just groceries. Grandma win some lottery I didn't know about?" she asked herself as she scanned the list, "Nope, lottery ticket's the last thing. Guess not." She chuckled to herself, Why do old people wanna strike it rich so bad? Not like they can use it all.

"*sigh* No matter what we do or say the stalker is ALWAYS in the right. Thats so stupid." Masuyo grumbled to himself as he stomped down the street to the weapon store. "Maybe I should change my weapon to a DESK. It seems to kill things in one shot." he said as he began to laugh. "Alright, if we take out rent, food, and video game funds, i've got just enough to upgrade this weapon, over buying a new one."

Rai sighed giving up on Masuyo leaving him to the others, "Nothing I can do about it," he left Junes and went to the shrine he agreed to meet Reika then go to the weapons shop afterwards.

"Hey old man!" Masuyo yelled as he entered the store. "Can you upgrade my weapon?" he asked.

"Mmmmm......If I had the right materials yeah." Daidara replied.

"Errrr......like what?" Masuyo replied confused.

"Actually, I want to get the lottery ticket of the day, but I cant leave the store. You go pick me up one, and i'll have a fresh new weapon ready for you by the time you get back."

"Uhhhh.... but the shop is right next door-"

"Are you doubting my skills? Im THE BEST. I'll whip you up a nice weapon kid! Go!" Daidara said as he shooed masuyo away

"Hey," Shinta shouted as he ran up to Masu, "what happened? Old man tryin' to get lucky and didn't want you to kill the mood?" He laughed and scratched his head.

"Heh. Probably." Masuyo said as they entered the store. "Woah check that cutie over there." he said as he pointed to a girl with red hair.

"Think you could be a bit more subtle?" Shinta raised an eyebrow and looked over. The girl was gathering various groceries and checking her list. "Besides you call nearly every girl that." The girl put the list away and turned towards the register. Shinta tensed up for a moment as he saw her face. Her sharp green eyes seemed to focus on them as she passed. Shinta didn't know why but there was only one word that came to mind when their eyes met: Run.

"Was she checking us out?" Masuyo asked Shinta. "Hah! Maybe she was!!!!" he yelled getting overly excited

"Maybe." Shinta chuckled as the tensing ceased. What the hell was that?
"Let's just get what we're here for and then get back to Natsuyama and the others." Shinta walked to the magazine rack to see what was in stock.
"Are you sure this is okay?" Shinta heard the girl's voice from the counter.
"Of course," the store clerked replied, "You don't need to be so reserved."
"But you always seem to give us so much. Shouldn't we repay you somehow?"
"It's alright. Your grandmother said she'd split her lottery winnings with me when she hit the jackpot." The clerk laughed.
"If you say so. Thank you very much."
"Anytime. And tell your grandmother hello for me, Karin-chan."

Masuyo had a terribly dirty look on his face as he ogled the girl. "Geez shes so good lookin. Rai should go for a chick like her. Then again she seems like the type who likes to have fun, so she wouldnt like a dullard like Rai." he said grinning while studying her bust. "OH yeah! I gotta get a ticket! 'scuse me!" Masuyo said as he ran by the girl to the register.

Karin took her bag and began to walk out stopping just short of the door. "That reminds me," she suddenly delivered a sharp kick to Masuyo's thigh, "If you're gonna drool over someone make sure she can't hear you."
"What the?" Shinta looked up from the magazines.

"!!!" Masuyo quickly turned and blocked the kick and materialized his persona card in his hand that was free.

"DUDE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" his inner voice yelled at him as he realized what he was doing

"Heheh. Sorry about that." Masuyo said as he smiled and scratched the back of his head after letting go of her foot. "Im a horrible guy, now I feel terrible. Im really sorry if I bothered, well, its quite obvious that I bothered you if you wanted to kick my already busted up body. Well I'll be on my way now." he turend around and quietly mumbled to him self, "Geez, all this shadow stuff has me more on edge than it seems. Probably because I'm doubtful about Rai and his ability to lead. Shit. At this rate........" he said as he was cut off mid sentence by Karin grabbing his shoulder and turning him around.

"Eh.........what is it now?" Masuyo asked confused.

"That name you said.................never mind. I've kept them waiting long enough." Karin said as she left the store.

"........Okay?" Masuyo said outloud. He looked over at Shinta who was watching the whole spectacle. "She's still got a nice rack." he said to him from across the store making his friend facepalm. He then went to take care of the business he was sent to do

Rai arrived at the Shrine in the shopping district, Reika was already there waiting.

"So are where are we going then?" Reika asked wondering where the others were.

"Probably wondering around here so we can just look for them, my guess is to try the convenience store." Rai said walking away from the shrine as Reika fell in behind him.

"Umm, what will they think of me," Reika said thinking about what happened before the kidnapping.

"Just apologize and it should be fine, also try to shy away from reading their minds when we are over there." Rai said as they approached the convenience store.

"Thank you!" Masuyo said to the cashier as he got the lottery ticket. "Cmon Shinta!" Masuyo said as they both left the store and went to the weapon shop.

"Here." Masuyo said as he gave Daidara the ticket.

"Geez kid, you took long enough! I got so bored I made random weapons to kill time!" he said sitting a pile of weapons on the shelf.

"Jesus christ............." Masuyo said looking at the pile of destruction tools. "Well, on top of my kendama, any of them knives? My buddy here uses them and could use a new one. His is getting dull." he said as he grabbed his new Kendama.

"Hmmm, yeah I believe I do." Daidara replied scratching his beard. "Anything else you need?"

"Hmm......Shovels....Kendamas.....Knives......thats about it." Masuyo told Daidara. "Rai's a rich boy, he can afford stuff for himself."

"Alright! Got a Steel Shovel here. Guaranteed to crack skulls, a nice compact knife for your friend there, and a new function on your Kiddy-"

"Kendama." Masuyo interrupted daidara

"Yeah, kiddy toy. Press this button and-" the ball then sprouted spikes all over it. "there! You have a REAL weapon now!" he said. "This'll all be about 80,000 yen. After discounting the Kendama"

"WHAT THE MOTHER SON OF A FUCKING FAGGOT BITCH!?"

"Uh.....uh.......okay....." Masuyo said sounding as if his soul was crushed as he paid with his credit card. "Shit, i cant afford this much longer. I can barely sustain enough living funds as is! Now this!? Dammit! "Thanks for everything!" Masuyo said as he handed Shinta his new knife. "How ya like it?"

"Umm wasn't that them running into the metal art store." Reika said pointing to two boys running into Daidara's shop.

"Yeah let's go." Rai said starting to walk towards Daidara's shop.

Shinta took the knife and did a few quick slashes before folding it away. "Very nice."

"Think so? Cool." he said hiding his despair about his money. "Well the fox is still in the TV. Lets go get it and let him know that we wont be getting Stefan today. Im not in the right mindset right now." Masuyo told Shinta

"That's probably for the best." Shinta shrugged. "Afterwards howzabout I treat you to lunch? I'm startin' to get hungry."

"That sounds so fucking AWESOME!" Masuyo shouted with excitement. "Oh-ohohohohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh can I pick where we eat!?" he asked bugging his friend while dashing to junes full of energy

Shinta smiled as he saw Masuyo cheer up, "Sure, but no steak." He then followed after his friend to Junes.

"They appear to have ran off again," Reika said watching them run out of the weapon shop.

"Forget it, we can talk to them later," Rai said walking in the opposite direction.
