Masuyo ran to the TV the fox had lead them to earlier. He stuck his head in and said "Hey! Fox! Come out! We're going to come back tomorrow when we're better rested. Dont stay there all day alone boy!"

"Idiot! What are you doing?" Shinta stared in awe before looking around to make sure no one was watching.

"Yip." The Fox jumped out and sat there, as if nothing happened.

"Oh crap!" Masuyo shouted as the fox flew out of the TV. "Ehhehehe sorry about that Shinta. Im use to being at Rai's house without people watching! Anyways, you want some food boy?" Masuyo said looking down at the fox.

"......Yip." The Fox looked like it nodded.

"Off to the food court!" Masuyo shouted as he ran off in the direction of the food court.

"Yip!" The Fox ran to a particular table at the food court and sat down.

"Get us whatever you feel is fine Shinta." Masuyo said as he sat down with the fox. "Just at least get me a large drink, im dehydrated!" he said as he looked at the fox. "This table special to you or something?"

"...." The Fox stared up at the table.

"Alright then..." Shinta looked around the stands to find something good. Eventually he settled on two orders of yakisoba with a dozen meatbuns.
"Can't say I know what foxes eat, but it's not like you're an average fox." he said handing a bun to the fox.

"Oh hey!" shouted Kishin from across the food court. "Are those meat buns over there?"

He walked over and grabbed one. "Hey guys. I went over to Deidara's but decided not to get anything. My budget's stretched kind of thin right now...besides, I'm not sure how modifying my shovel would affect how easily I could swing it around, and stuff. For now I'll leave it as is...I'll look around there more thoroughly later, though."

Shinta jumped slightly at Kishin's sudden appearance. "Seriously does everyone have some kind of teleportation ability I need to know about?"

Kishin shrugged and took a big bite out of the meat bun.

Help yourself Shinta muttered in his mind as he began eating his meal, "Masu actually got you a new shovel while we were out. The three of us should be set."

"Whoa, what? Well uh, thanks, Masuyo. Even if it's not as easy to use as the one I have now, a backup weapon's always good to have. Although y'know," he appeared thoughtful for a second, "I might want to look into something that's more like, y'know, an actual weapon. Shovels aren't usually designed for combat, after all..."

"I take it you've never seen 'Mystery Men' then?" Shinta quipped as he took a bite out of his meat bun.

"Hey, I'm being serious here!" complained Kishin, as he took another meat bun. "This is reality we're talking about."

He took out his shovel.

"Besides, compared to his, mine's...a bit different."

"Heh." Masuyo said as he ate a meat bun. "Well we've got new weapons for the next mission. Hopefully things will go smoothly. Cant say the previous shadow was anything near challenging, so im afraid that we may be overwhelmed by the next one or somethin." he said with his mouthfull

"Yeah, the strengths of these things seem to go all over the place, don't they," said Kishin. "From what I've seen, though, as long as we're prepared, we should be able to come out all right."

"Yeah. Though it almost seems as if the strength is based on the person's will or something. Shinta's was pretty damn hard, since he's confident and strong willed as himself, but stalker's was pathetically easy, and she seems frail and shy. I dunno, just a thought." Masuyo said as he began eating his 2nd meatbun

Kishin frowned as he reached for yet another meat bun. "I don't like making personal judgments like that, but you may be right. If that's true, we may be able to gauge the strength of our enemies, which would be a big help."

Reika walked in after Rai left, "I get the feeling I probably am not going to fit in with these guys." she sighed greeting her mother, her father wasn't home yet, she went upstairs into her room and hugged her pillow, "At least Rai forgave me so thats all that matters."

"Well then!" Masuyo began as he sat up and slapped his belly."that was good eatin! Thanks for that man!" he said as he slapped shinta's back. "Anything else to do today?"

"...." The fox licked it's chops after having stolen some food without being noticed.

"Sneaky little guy you are." Masuyo said noticing the fox licking its lips.
