It could use:

Event/Character Themes
Battle Themes

System Themes
etc.

How many of each?

If you suggest a theme, it could get added.

Include:
-Name (or when it plays)
-The game it's from
-The series it's from
-What it'd be used for (battle, dungeon, what kind of battle or dungeon...)
-Youtube link is a bonus! That way everyone can experience the POWER! (Okay almost everyone)

A game is overused if it takes up over 10% of the soundtrack
A series is overused if it takes up over 20% of the soundtrack

That makes sense and all, but just because someone is less active doesnt mean they should have a higher chance of their song being picked over a potentially better one .
