You can get ToV on your Xbox hardrive for only 30 bucks off of the xbox live shop.
Do it.
If you dont have it.
But you should have the physical copy.
I'll probably get it so i wont have to drag my copy around with me so i dont have to worry about its condition

This is possibly a good thing. More sales equal more likelihood of localization maybe. I highly suggest this to anyone who doesn't already have it.
