Persona 4 RP Phase 2

"Glad to see you two are getting along." said Shinta with a chuckle.

Maeko eventually walked inside the inn and followed behind the group. Starting at the ground as her fishing gear continued to drag.

"Welcome back." greeted Shinta.

"...Hm?" Maeko looked up from the ground and turned to Shinta. "Ah..Hey."

Shinta smiled slightly and turned to the group, "So, who wants to go first for story time?"

"How 'bout the group with the talking head?" replied Karin eyeing Hideyoshi.

Dahni clenched her mouth, trying hard not to throw up, trying desperately to force herself to look away from the severed head.

"Well then!" Masuyo said crossing his arms as he saw everyone enter. "What happened with you guys' group?"

"NOTHING." Yomiko shouted instantly.

".......what?"


"Just..........dont worry about it." she said hiding her face ashamed.

Shinta raised an eyebrow and said, "I wouldn't mind knowing myself."

"Well, I kind of broke off from the group in the beginning, but I can tell you my end." suggested Karin.

"Go right ahead."

"Alright then," Karin cleared her throat before recounted the events, "While everyone else was fighting, Stefan and I went off to talk. I asked him why he was acting so strange and what Toshiyuki was trying to do."

"And?" asked Shinta cupping his chin.

Karin sighed, "Stefan, Toshiyuki and the two at the hospital. Those four are supposed to embody the Four Horsemen, or something. Apparently...they're gonna bring about some kind of apocalypse."

"Great. Like that wasnt obvious. Why do villains always wanna bring an apocalypse?" Masuyo said throwing his arms into the air.

"Seriously," Shinta chuckled, "though this does beg the question: If he told you that, why weren't they dealt with then and there?"

Karin scratched her head, "Because Toshiyuki seems convinced that this is the only way. I guess...I wanted to show him that it wasn't. Still, why would he even go this far? What they're doing to themselves..."

"What?"

"Those four have some kind of special power that's gonna let them pull this off, but apparently there are side effects. Stefan's says he's War, so I guess his power makes him all around stronger, but it messes with his head. It makes him more touchy and ready to fight. He held it back when we talked though, so it seems to be under control."

For now at least, Shinta thought crossing his arms, or rather, for you at least.

"Rodrigo, the one in the wheelchair, is Pestilence, so his body's pretty much wrecked, but he can wreck yours just as bad. And I don't know the other two."

"I see," Shinta heaved a sigh and scratched his head, "well this outta be fun. But I think I can answer why ol' Toshi's doin' this at least. He's even more afraid of that Mikako woman than we are. He's desperate for a way to stop her." Still, this just begs the question of how he came up with this plan in the first place. It seems too methodical for a random idea.

Maeko stood quietly off to the side, listening in to the others talk. So..Toshiyuki..."

"Well, from the looks of Amy, she looks a little malnourished. Maybe that's her side effect? As for Toshiyuki...what side effect would death be? Is he dying, or something?" Dahni contributed.

Shinta shrugged, "Maybe he's already dead. Ya know, like a living corpse."

Maeko sat quietly, still listening in and pondering to herself. The four horsemen huh? Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death...

"It'd be nice if he did keel over and die outta nowhere." Masuyo said shaking his head. "Honestly, what we dealt with in that hospital makes toshiyuki seem as threatening as bottle of water." he said slighty shaking.

"Before we get to what you guys did, why exactly an apocalypse?" Yomiko questioned. "Like, what is there to gain from that? Sure the guy seems like a freak but he doesnt strike me as a "Mwahahahahaha imma destroy the world cause humans are filthy creaturessssss!" kinda guy." she said closing her eyes to think more about what was going on.

"Maybe he wants to start a new world order or something." Masuyo replied. "y'know, some overlord of the world shit."

"But didn't they help us towards the end back there?" Tsubasa added. "Why is he trying to help us against that lady?"

"Too many frickin questions. We just need to question those four face to face." Yomiko said as she began to stare at Stefan.

"Hm? Sorry, I kinda blacked out for a little while there." Stefan shook his head, snapping back to his senses. "Something up?"

"Call those guys here. Or take us to them. I dont care which." Yomiko said adjusting her glasses. "We aren't gonna get anywhere speculating this mess."

"Yes..I agree. It would be fastest and most efficent to just go straight to them for explainations." Maeko mumbled, glaring at Stefan before turning her gaze back to the floor.

"..." Stefan shifted nervously around, then nodded. "Okay." He nodded again. "Okay, we'll all meet up. At this point we can't afford to be fighting each other anymore."

"That's good," said Karin with a sigh of relief, "they should be here, too."

Shinta shrugged, "So, anything you'd like to add before they do?"

"I dunno. Only that everyone's gotta keep an open mind. Certainly that before we make any kind of move that we've all gotta get some rest. We can't keep running around trying to solve all the world's problems on no energy." Stefan said, he took out his phone and began sending a message.

Shinta sighed and put his hands behind his head, "I'll try to keep that in mind."

"You may be right," Karin said crossing her arms, "it just feels like there's something we should be doing after all this."

"yeah yeah." Masuyo said yawning. "Just get a hold of em."

"All right. I'll head on out then. I'll call you guys in the morning. Does that work?" Stefan asked, beginning to leave.

"I dont mind walking to meet them in person honestly....." Nene said to Stefan. "I mean we should try getting a step ahead from the psycho nurse ASAP right? I mean if you dont mind us going with you that is." she said awkwardly
