Also a side note the general action you are restricted to 4 actions per day

I was wondering about that...
Masu was considering a system where dungeons have no enemies, only bosses/midbosses.
I like that idea because
1. Enemies are boring
2. Coming up with them would take time
3. With more bosses per dungeon, more people could get their Personas more quickly
I don't know whether he's brought it up yet.
If that's what's happening, there'd be three floors, one per boss.
Here's the theme of it hehehe
Also if you want an actual fight system I can try to come up with one real quick

Nah if we remove the enemies that will be enough, maybe have some more interactions with the Shadow selves so we'll get some more insight, also will take out the drab of OH LOOK A RANDOM ENEMY, rape....
This system is fine we can have no fight system as long as people don't make their character God. So like leave your attacks open so the shadow can act accordingly and also goes the same for the shadow, ex: like lets loose a wave of fire.... players reactions, so don't dodge obsessively.

We still doing the 5-10HP system?
You know where most attacks cause the loss of 1HP if they connect, etc
So it'd be easier to tell when players/bosses are hurt etc

Okay that made me think about HP
If HP is the only real stat, most attacks do 1 damage, and the enemies are bosses only, then it should go something like this:
Characters have about 4HP.
(Possibly, this could be higher or lower based on extra abilities like "great at dodging but reduced HP")
Bosses' HP would be different depending on the party, the floor, the boss' strengths, etc.
The first midboss would be about 10HP, which would probably be good for 5-7 turns with only 2 party members...
The second would be up against 3 party members and would probably be a bit harder cause it's on a higher floor. 15-18HP would probably work.
And then my shadow at the top- a typical dungeon endboss would be about 25HP, I'm thinking, but I think a more detailed setup might work.
It's very, very big and slow, so it'll almost never be able to dodge. It should probably have a HP boost, 30-35HP or so.
Although, on the flip side, even though it can't really dodge, it'd take a lot of effort to block or deflect it... and dodging something that big can be pretty hard, especially if it's at top speed.

- Soldier (1HP): Weak and common.
Lance Soldier (2HP): Slightly tougher than the Soldier.
Cannon Gun (1HP): Fires deadly bombs at long range.
Sniper Wild (2HP): Shoots weak projectiles, but is hard to catch and kill.
Aeroplane (1HP): A flying nuisance.
Driller Mole (1HP): Digs to support its allies and stop enemies.
Minute Bomb (1HP): It blows up QUICK KILL IT
Wizard (2HP): Casts magic from a distance. Not many magic enemies in here...
Toy Soldier (3HP): Effective at any range, but slow, and takes time to change weapons.
Assault Rider (3HP): Powerful and fast, but swings a slow weapon.
Hot Rod (3HP): Rushes around, attempting to run people over.
Defender (4HP): Virtually immobile without much range, but very hard to kill.
Battleship (4HP): It flies, drops bombs, and has loads of health. What's not to like?
Guard Armor (6HP): Slow, but undoubtedly the toughest of the non-boss Shadows.

Just be aware you will be in control of these monsters, as will any one who has a unique dungeon in the future.

BUT sometimes people just don't post for whatever reason, and that brings me to my next AWESOME point: there oughta be a safeguard to prevent this.
LIKE THIS: people designate one or more backup people to take their place if they haven't posted anything for X period of time, like a day or so. Less than that, if dungeons progress smoothly enough.
ALSO:
Shadow Shinta and Shadow Antonio can summon any of the enemies listed, which they can choose to control or have me do it.
ALSO:
After the first part of the dungeon I can make further revisions as necessary, cause then we'll know how well system works
