E3 2010: June 14-17

Ooh this is pretty soon now.

I looooove E3. I watch all the companies' presentations 'cause I find them to be pretty cool.
And this time I got no idea what'll be revealed.

Nintendo's been sucking a lot lately, and they need to show something really great this time for me to take them seriously.
No, Zelda alone isn't going to cut it this time. They're probably going to show a trailer for the new one, which will feature Link riding around on a horse and posing and a girl turning into a sword or something, accompanied by yet another orchestrated version of the main theme. But I'm well past caring by now.

Save Kingdom Hearts 3 (or a PS3 port of Birth By Sleep like they did for Chain of Memories), I can't think of anything the other two could show off that'd interest me. I'm going to maintain a positive outlook and assume that it will be a pleasant surprise.

Well, I'm hoping to see some Fallout New Vegas stuff. Even though it's coming out relatively soon.

I'd also like to see more about Golden Sun DS.

As for stuff that is completely speculation:

Persona 5
And
A Wii game that is better than adequate.

Something like Tales of Symphonia 2: The real Sequel with the cool voice actors back again.
Or maybe a console FE.

But I'm open to new games that are entirely new concepts as well. Perhaps a new style of action-adventure RPGs?

A New FE
Pokemon B&W
Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Sword
And some YGO5D's game that was annouced a long time ago.

what I would like to see:

Again I go with the general consencous that there needs to be more info about a FE game. I would also like to hear anything about a possible new F-Zero or a new Starfox game.

Yeah, I heard it was pretty bad. But I'm not gonna make any decisions about it yet though, Imma still give it a chance. I'm curious to see if Tomy fixes it up and put as much into it as they did Rev3.

That's why it's good to have multiple backup websites. Kotaku's text updates are reliable in an emergency.

Also I figure this is a good spot to put random E3 related video game news, so:

New Mortal Kombat, supposedly the "goriest ever", with a trailer starring the best character in the series: Kung Lao's hat.

It should be noted that the time you stated for Nintendo's press conference is in Pacific Time, so if you live on the East coast like I do, you got to add three hours to it. I just don't know if all of these times on Pacific.

F-Zero, either DS, DSi Ware or Wii. Same with Starfox. Being hopeful.
U.S. date for 7th Dragon. Come on Sega, stop cockblocking us.

Also, why wait for BW stuff? Serebii gives out information, so does Pokemon Sunday.

The trouble is that it's more than likely going to be their biggest announcement- and we already know about it.
And Twilight Princess used to be their big announcement, and it turned out to be underwhelming...
What I'm saying is, Nintendo's conference is going to be a joke, and everyone knows it. It's more than a little depressing. They'll have to pull something big to get any of my respect back.

Yeah.
Though I have to admit, the Golden Sun DS got me super excited. But that's yet to come out, and I worry terribly for it.

However, I'd like to see Nintendo pull something new outside of their main franchises (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc etc) and come out with a new hardcore game that isn't going to suck.
