So when he was still chronically retarded. He was a moron in Kilvas' dungeon, he reached NEW LEGENDARY LEVELS in Tsubasa's (so legendary that we quote him when hanging out to mess with him)

The reason i DONT wanna do it is because its just gonna look like "GodRping thats ruining everything" but again, character continuity. He's seen so many games and anime (fuck, so have ALL OF US IRL) to where we know "Random shady guy gives power ALWAYS leads to betrayl". Half the time we have to be like "Huh. I can see that. Admittedly I was feeling useless and tried very hard to overcompensate after I was given something better than "the persona makes me crazy thing" so i overused the illusions during the training fight. Other than that though I haven't really touched the power and think ive set some believable if not yet apparent ground rules for myself as to when i can use it.

The genius thing I'll admit was tacked on as an afterthought when i first created the character (masu and james gave me a bunch of ideas i just kind of mashed together) and i couldn't just get rid of it so now i work it in where i can where i feel its believable.

So yeah there are parts where I got retarded, but even if its not obvious yet i like to think im doing this right as of late especially after the fight with stefan which showed me where i need to get things organized. If anything I find it strange that you preferred the kentaro that was full of characterization holes which is what i was when i did the dungeons.

This? I'll admit after Toshiyuki used his "volt" thing I assumed it was the set up for later mind-control, I realized that if you're using mind control which is something Kentaro uses on himself something to do the berserker thing his brain was gonna break because two different hypnotisms at the same time and all that. This is just a set up for that later.

I think I'm gonna take a break from the RP for a little while. I know this is kinda a dick thing to pull when I'm pretty much in control of everything that's going on at the moment, but I'm just not feeling it that much, and it shows through my posts.

And it seems that other people aren't feeling it either.

So yeah. Taking a break to let things sit for a while. I was considering all but stopping doing the RP, but I felt like that was an even worse dick move.

So I'm taking a break. Sorry.

Well, for starters I dont even know if that was a fight lol. For all we know the shadow is dead. I really WANT it to be cause tomorrow is the two week mark where we've been in said dungeon. Which is too long for a dungeon (unless its legitimately long, which it was not.)

Dahni still has about as much characterization and personality as my shoes, (no offense, i know you said you're gonna better her when she gets a persona and i still beleive that) so its more than easy to just skip to the next day and have people commenting on if she's okay cause maybe it was just me, but i have NO IDEA what her real problem was. Was she obsessive about video games? Did she hate her dad? Did she hate having to get perfect grades? It seemed all over the place to me so I dont even know what was even going on lol. and shes obviously missing school (but then again every single character but Shinta and Karin aren't even going to school now)

Toshiyuki is aparently so coniving that we could consider it he's back to the drawing board since he literally appeared to us all saying "HI I MET STEFAN AND MAKEO BEHIND YER BACKS BUT DONT TELL EM WE MET!" Our characters may have zero tact, but cmon now. So we could consider hes like "Che. Well time to rectify this with a new plan" or some shit. Fuck if i know. This was originally gonna be a breather arc after that like, 4 dungeon hell rush in a 5 hour timeframe (I'd think teenagers would deserve rest after that and the mental stress of Karin busting a cap in shinta lolololo)

That is one option. We could also skip ahead and fill in the blank through flashbacks. However I'd rather find the root of Lyle's lethargy and see if we can help. Unless of course it's a highly personal matter.

I know I'm not the best at coming up with evil ideas, personally I think that's a good thing, but jesus. All you guys have been doing since this whole thing started is ragging on me about how fucking bad it is.

And yeah, it is. I'm not some kind of genius, and I have other things going on in my life.

Another thing that doesn't help is when things DO get bad in the RP, characters start breaking character and start...I dunno, handing out fucking sandwiches.

Part of the reason it's taking so long is my unavailability. I've been working literally every day the past week for about 8 hours straight per day and when I get back the last thing I want to worry about is reading a bunch of posts going: "Wow Toshiyuki is fucking stupid and so is this dungeon arc." Which is essentially what the characters have been going on about non stop.

So yeah, that could be part of it.
Plus, with Masu having like 4 characters at his disposal, if he has a bad opinion on something, literally HALF the group does just like that. So there's at any given time 4 people spouting out the same opinion at once.

So it's a combination of that, plus personal stressors with daily enactments of work for 8 hours.

Hm. Sucks. But yeah, not gonna lie, the arc is kinda..............Lackluster. Not even for its pace, its just bad in itself. Also lol im not gonna feel bad for having 4 characters. Ever. So thats a little point you guys can stop pointing out. (And tsubasa next to barely speaks.)

Right. The arc is lackluster, cause I've put little to no heart into it. Every time I try I get bitched at for how crappy it is.

And it's fine if you feel that way, but I see no reason to STOP bitching about it. Their characters appeared out of nowhere really. And are nothing like who they were when first introduced.

The only reason why I was okay with it at first was 1. Cause you said that they'd only last for the kyoto trip probably. Then later you said that one of them was gonna go under control of someone else.

I mean, it's not even a big deal that they're around. Or that you control them. But they're all like....Masu, Female Masu, Whore female Masu, Shy female Masu. Lol.
