Alakazam took a direct hit from the brick break but its power was taken down due to the attack hitting the reflect(HP 97%)

"Now Alakazam use calm mind!" Alakazam jumps away from the mliktank and starts calming itself down.

"Heh. Now Milktank! Use Rollout again!" Whitney's Milktank curled into a ball again, and ran straight for Alakazam.

"Nice you attack relentless of the situation, good, good, I like that.(alakazam can take one hit from that since it hasn't built up any power)" Alakazam took a direct hit from that rollout and was sent flying through the air.(HP 89%) "Okay Alakazam regain your footing then use psybeam once more." Alakazam regained its footing with its psychic powers and then use another beam.

He noticed Micheal walking away... "H-HEY!!! WAIT UP!!!" he ran after him into the vegetation. "What is this a short-cut???" He asked holding his egg up high so he wouldn't drop it.

"Not only a relentless attack, but it increases Milktank's moverability and it's defense. Avoid the attack and keep at him!" Whitney's Milktank followed orders. "Not to mention that Rollout increases damage over time!"

Gastly flew to Jose's head and started spinning around it like a planet orbiting a star.

He laughed as he watched Gastly fly around his head. He balanced the egg on his head again and said, "Here's Earth and your the moon!!!" He laughed again as he picked up his pace cheerily.

Violet City theme

Pretty soon, the group had reached Violet City.

Michael opened his map. "Let's see what's around... looks like, yeah, there's the Pokemon Center," he said, pointing at it, "the Gym's right over there, and...some sort of...Pokemon Academy? Heck, maybe I was planning on going to the wrong place."

Gastly was orbiting Jose's egg. Suddenly, he stopped moving and stared intently at it.
Then he started spinning again.

"Gastly, you're a wierdo. Anyways, since the Gym's closest, I'll head there first. You coming?"

"Ah, I'm sorry. I'll stop...", She said as she let go of his arm and hugged her pichu.

"Hmm...So how long will it be until we get to Violet?"

"Fine then, Alakazam use Psychic to stop its rollout attack now!"

"Ten minutes without interruption." Mike said, walking.

"Hm..." Whitney's Milktank went flying across the room, hitting the wall opposite. 75% "Alright Milktank, let's not give him an inch! Milk Drink!" Milktank recovered up to 95% "Now carry on with Rollout!" And then her Milktank curled into a ball again.

Allen glanced around as he began to whistle to himself, "So the city in the distance, would be Violet huh," he glanced at a note he had.

"Yeah. That's violet." Mike said, unimpressed with the city.

"Huh, That didn't take as long as I thought...Well come on, guys! Hurry up!", Jenna said as she started running.

Michael, Jose and Gastly entered the Gym.
"Um...excuse me," Michael asked a nearby Trainer, "Who should I talk to if I want to learn more about how Gyms work?"

"That's a pretty wierd question," he replied. "I guess you'd want to talk to Falkner, our Gym Leader. He's just over there."

"Got it. Thanks." He went over to talk to Falkner.

He waved to the trainer and said "Hi!" he skipped merrily behind Micheal with the egg remaining in it's place on his head.

"Now then... Which of these is Elm's Lab? ...Of course it's the largest building here."

Richard went to enter the lab, then stopped himself.

"Ah, of course. Where are my manners?"

He knocked on the door and waited patiently.
