The Pokemon Roleplay

"Ok! Let's finish things with Quick Attack!", Ashburn began charging towards Skarmory again.

"Skarmory! Razor Wind!" Skarmory flapped it's wings in efforts to save itself.

"No use! Ashburn, use Quick Attack and strike it from behind!", Ashburn complied and darted behind Skarmory, striking it's back.

"This is indeed interesting," Allen said, "Isn't it Gible," it nodded in agreement as Allen observed the battle's unusual turn.

Alakazams future sight has activated and some of the terrain flew at milktank. "Great I was wondering when it was going to activate. Afterwards Use confusion on it, don't let up.

Eric pulled out his cellphone to call his friend.
"Hey Celest lets go kick some asses today" he said as he looked down at his full team of eveloutions

"Skarmory! Dodge it!" Skarmory flew out of the way of the attack just in time. "Now! Drill peck!"

"Milktank!" Milktank was hit with the future sight, and then the confusion. (50%) "Use Milk Drink again!"

"It's no use, Falkner! Ashburn, dodge and use Flamethrower one last time!", Ashburn barely managed to dodge the Drill Peck, taking a small hit. (90%) It landed on the ground and fired another burst of fire from it's mouth.

"Alakazam let it go and just use recover yourself."(HP100%)

"Grr!!! Dammit!!" Skarmory took the hit, it fell to the ground. He clenched his fists.

"How unprofessional. Getting mad over a loss, Falkner? One would think that a gym leader would be more professional about this." Mike interrupted.

"Hm. It seems we're both back to where we started." Whitney said, as her Milktank finished healing. (100%)

"Alright Ashburn! That was great!", Jenna cheered as she ran and hugged Ninetales. "Pi!", Pichu squeaked and ran next to her, getting slightly jealous. "You did great too Pichu, you all did. Yay! We won our first Gym battle!", Jenna picked up Pichu and continued celebrating.

"Hmph. If you ask me, you don't deserve this badge. Your Ninetails does. She was the one who fought Skarmory. Not yo-" All of a sudden Falkner was hit in the head, and fell to the ground unconcious.

"Good job MetalMech." Mike's Aron squealed. "Don't worry, he's not hurt. Just knocked out. God I hate that guy." Mike picked up the badge that was in Falkner's unconcious hand. "Here Jenna." He handed the badge to her. "You deserve this. ....We should probably get out of here, they won't take to kindly to me knocking out their gym leader. Allen, you coming with?"

Route 36 theme

Michael and Gastly traveled down Route 36 towards Ecruteak City.
The path was fairly straightforward, so they made good time.

At one point, however, they came across a large tree that was obstructing the road.
Michael glared at it and it quickly moved out of the way. The caused Gastly to almost fall out of the air in shock.

Allen shrugged, "Well since your probably gonna need a person thats knowlegable on pokemon habitats I'll tag along, not like I have any goals in mind now." he sighed as he stretched a bit.

"Good. It'll be nice to have someone around to keep me from going insane during this whole trip. ....Call me Mick."

"So, er...I think we should go back to the Pokemon Center.", Jenna said returning Ashburn to it's pokeball, and placing Pichu on her head.

"Good thinking. Then we can head for that boat place." Mike said.

"Boat place? Oh! Right! Let's hurry up then!", Jenna said running towards the Pokemon Center.

"Ugh. Still energetic, even after all that?" Mike slumped on over with her.

"Hello again Nurse Joy! Can you heal my pokemon again, please?", Jenna asked as she ran inside to the counter.
"Oh, sure thing! I'll be back in a few minutes. Please, make yourself comfortable.", Nurse Joy replied as she and her Chansey took Pichu and the tray of pokeballs and left to the backroom.

"Here. Take Inferno too. That Gastly did a number on him." Mike said. He noticed he was getting stares. "It was a big Gastly."

Jenna giggled quietly and sat in a nearby chair. "Hmm...I hope Eevee's ok. I'm a bit worried."

"Hm. Well he's certainly the weakest in your arsenal. His moral is probably low too. I mean, out of how many battles has he won? Granted, you've been taking on tough opponents. Falkner may be a wind bag, but he was right when he said without Ashburn you would have lost. You gotta train your pokemon evenly. That way none of them lag behind. And when one does lage behind, you train that one till he catches up. Like with what I've been doing with Metalmech. He's my weakest, so I use him mostly." Mike said. "Originally, Haywire was my weakest. Then I trained him, and now he's almost as good as Inferno."

"Okay then I'll start it off again, Alakazam use Psybeam on milktank."
