Well think about who he beat: Chad, Renji and Rukia. Not exactly proof of his claim to be the strongest.

What about Kenpachi? He's never been blind. It was a well known fact that Tousen was blind.

Also, sight probably wouldn't make THAT much of a difference in a battle. At least not enough to gloat about it.

Tousen could win me over, if he took off his eyepatch thingy, and behind it were two giant red eyes, like the bad guy from 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?' It would absolve Tousen of all his sins in my book.

This is a tough one to call.

On one hand, I hate Tousen and want him to die,

on the other hand though, this puts a whole new spin on the Kenpachi/Tousen fight.

Tousen's definition of Justice makes things a little different there.

And I gotta admit, Tousen seems like less of a bitch in this chapter then before.
