"Er. Doesn't matter to me. It's your food." Lucy remarked, thinking to herself that it may have been a good idea to restock her supplies in Aspio. Still, that would have required staying nearby Marcus, something she was willing to rely on others to avoid.

Cein ran towards the first wolf surprising it with a kick, "Sonic Thrust," he stabbed his longsword into it wounding it severely.

The second wolf charged at Cein taking a bite at his left leg, tearing his pants at the knee.

Noah quickly fashioned two sandwiches and handed one to Lucy, "Well then, here you are. Enjoy."

The wolf pounced at Emi but she managed to side step it and kick the wolf in the back of the head hard, its neck bent in an unnatural direction followed by a snap, "Better go help him." she thought as she saw the wolf tear his pant leg.

"Er. Thanks." Lucy took the sandwich. "You're rather handy with this kind of thing. I mean, it's not a five course meal, but you whipped it up pretty fast."

"Thank you very much," Noah responded with a smile, "I trained myself to make simple dishes faster to save time."

"W-wait a minute." Axel said turning around. "Do you hear people's voices!?" he asked startled.

"Kinda..........." Onyx said. "Lets check it out." as they turned around and went deeper into the forest.

Cein kicked the second wolf away and ran to finish the first one which was limping away, "Tiger Blade," he knocked the wolf into the air with his longsword then bashed it back down with his dagger, it hit the ground remaining motionless. He turned to face the last one that was now standing up and getting ready to charge again.

Emi ran in attacking the last wolf, "Shadow Rush," she punched the wolf hard knocking it over then kicked it in the head while it was on the ground, "That wasn't so bad, so how's your leg." she turned to face Cein adjusting her gloves.

Lucy took a bite of the sandwhich, and looked around the forest. "Hm...I heard once that there was a legenary beast here. Know anything about that?"

"Now that you mention it," Noah took another bite as he spoke, "my grandfather had mentioned something like that to me before. Hm...what was it called again?"

"Eh. I forget. But if it's some legendary beast, I doubt that the two of us could beat it." Lucy remarked, feeling her abilities were weak after her encounter with the beast in the Aspio Ruins.

"My leg is fine," Cein said sheathing his weapons, "Let's keep moving we can rest once we reach Heliord." he looked back, "Your not to bad in a fight you know."

"I told you I know how to fight Boss," Emi said looking around the forest absentmindedly, "So how long till we reach Heliord?"

"Maybe another hour or two," Cein paused, "If we aren't attacked anymore, we should make it there soon." he thought for a moment, "So who taught you to fight."

"I learned from traveling mercenaries, and I did get some tutoring a hired self defense teacher." Emi said watching the road, rain began to fall, "Uggh, does it always rain here."

"Rain is pretty common here," Cein said ignoring the rain, "I find it to be calming."

Noah tried to reassure her, "I am sure we will be fine. It seems highly unlikely that we would just randomly encounter such a beast. Although, we could prepare ourselves by fighting the smaller monsters in the area. I am reluctant to admit this, but I have little experience in actual combat."

"Really? Then how'd you make it all the way to Aspio? It's a rough road around here." She placed her head on her chin. "You travel with some merc group or something?"

"Hm...Luck I would assume." Noah replied and finished his sandwich.

Geeze. What's up with this guy? "Is that so..." Lucy shivered. "Damn. It's getting cold..."

Noah looked around, "It appears to be getting dark. Shall we set up camp for the night?"

Emi sighed, "I don't mind the rain, but when I was coming to Dahngrest I got soaked," she paused, "Kinda made me not like the rain so much."

"Sure." Lucy pulled a mat out of her bag, and placed it on the ground, trying to avoid putting it on any lumps. "....You better not try anything while I'm sleeping." She glared at him.

"Che. Its too dark to see anything!" Axel said as he was trying to find his way through the forest.

"Here." Onyx said as he pulled out a lantern. "Took it from my sister. So she definitely shouldn't be able to do anything till tomorrow morning, and by then she'll have no idea where we are.!"

"Awesome." Axel said with a smile. "Do you hear that?"

"Sounds like a person snoring." Onyx said.

"Shhh. Should we avoid them? They could be a band of bloodthirsty killers or something" Axel said with his knees trembling.

"Uh, I doubt it." Onyx said holding the light out. "Its some guy and a girl." he said looking at the two sleeping on the ground.

"Y-y-you mean they're l-l-lovers!?" Axel shouted
