"Kinda," Cein said trying to fall asleep, though he was thinking of sleeping lightly and staying awake to make sure no one broke into their room.

"Kinda?" Emi decided to drop it noticing he had dozed off, she took her gloves off and laid down to sleep.

Cein stared at the ceilng, listening for noise outside of the door, "Nothing so far, still staying awake isn't a bad idea," he sat up and pulled his sword out, he looked at the edge, "I need to sharpen this old blade."

Emi woked up slightly noticing Cein looking at his sword, "Wonder why he's awake," she yawned and shifted then fell back asleep.

Cein looked up for a moment, "She just moved," he sighed and went back to listening putting his sword back into its sheath.

Emi stared out the window across from the bed not able to go to sleep, "He's staying up to watch," she mentally sighed, "He should sleep so he won't be so tired tomorrow."

Cein stood and streched the morning light was filling the sky, "Alright, time to get up," he walked out of the room to go get some food.

"Well then! How do we get outta this place anyways?" Axel asked Noah

"Well," Noah pointed off into the distance, "if we follow this path we should make it to the Deidon Hold. Shall we go?"

"I suppose." Axel said. "Lets go then!"

"Alright, I assume Lucy will be watching the rear since shes behind us all. That or she's gonna kill us all from behind." Onyx said half jokingly. "Then i'll keep watch of our sides."

"I'll watch the front with Noah then!" Axel said becoming excited being on an adventure with a group

Emi got up and put her gloves on, she looked out the window, there was a light rain already starting, "Well at least its not pouring, now where did he go." she turned and headed for the door.

"It's a forest. Not a warzone. There's really nothing here except a bunch of bugs." Lucy irritably remarked.

"You never know." Onyx said. "There could always-HOLY SHIT LUCY LOOK OUT!" he shouted his eyes becoming wide and pointing behind her

"Eh!?" Lucy spun around her dagger in hand, hunching over into a battle position.

"Lol. This is a forest. Not a warzone. The only thing here is a bunch of bugs." Onyx said smirking.

"Haha! You got her good!" Axel said turning around to see what was going on

Cein went outside and bought some apples, "Gonna have to eat on the road if we want to make it to Torim Harbor today." he put a couple in his bag and began to eat one keeping another one out for Emi.

Emi walked outside and saw Cein eating an apple, "What ya doing boss?" she walked over to him.

"Still it may be wise to keep up our guard," Noah said stifling a laugh, "You never know what may appear before us."

"LIKE THAT!?" Axel said terrified as he pointed to a giant wolf-like monster infront of the group

"Oh yeah. Like I'm gonna fall for that again." Lucy snapped, turning around casually. "...Well. Looks like we have a new chapter in 'the boy who cried wolf.' Go ahead Mr. Mage. Show us what you can do." Lucy folded her arms and looked at him expectingly.

"Here," he tossed the apple to Emi, "I got some more food supplies, we can eat these on the way but we need to go now if we want to reach Torim Harbor before sundown."

"Uhhhh.......yah!?" Axel said as he hurled a fireball at the beast.

"GWAARRRRR!" it said becoming irritated.

"Well...........that did nothing but annoy it." Axel said

Noah chuckled nervously as the wolf howled at the group. "Perhaps it would be best if you two worked together to vanquish this beast?" Noah suggested.

"Me and the angry one or me and Onyx!?" Axel asked flustered

"You and Miss Lucy," Noah replied, "I believe that you may reach a better understanding of each other by fighting together."
